Went to Jacks in Winfield, AL THIS MORNING (8/4/2023) AT 5:20am and sat in drive thru waiting for them to ask me for my order- sat there a few minutes and still nothing- drove around to window and not a soul was in that place at 5:25 am on Friday 8/4/2023. I was pretty aggravated because I was hungry but oh well.

My complaint is with the workers. (My experience it has mostly been young teenagers). I don’t go to jacks all that much, but every single time I have been to this one in the past year or two, most of the workers I have seen there are not friendly whatsoever. The last several times I have went there, they will just look at me and not say a word. I always tell them thank you and am polite, and they just stare like I’m crazy and don’t say anything. Not trying to make a big deal out of nothing and I understand having a bad day, but when this has happened pretty much every time I have come here and they don’t say a word, I just think it’s rude and bad customer service.

We got changed for items we didn’t order. Cashier was very rude. She said we could not get a refund because we used a debit card. The counter area had food on the counter and in the floor. We won’t go back.

The restaurant was dirty and stinks like garbage. The cashier wasn’t wearing a bra- she bent over to show. Some of the workers appeared to have been on some type of drugs. Will not be back. Yuck!

Service was great, and the food was great. I did happen to catch them on a bad truck day though. The truck had been delayed, but I had stopped at another fast food restaurant in town just before, and they were out of way more stuff, because their truck had been delayed too. Five stars for sure, they were awesome.
