This Burger King could very well produce the best food that I have ever had from a Burger King. The Double Cheeseburger was created perfectly and did not feel like the average fast food burger – rushed and lacking in flavor. The only critique that I have of the burger lies in the size of the pickles. I assume that the same pickles are used for all burgers on the menu. Because of this, these pickles were much too large for the patty and overpowered the rest of the ingredients.

Worst service I’ve experienced. They rejected the store code for the discount and they were very rude about it. They could’ve honored the price but they wouldn’t do it. I’ll never visit this place ever again.

Not a fan. The food tasted alright, but destroyed my stomach. Also, the customer service was horrible. Stood there for a minute with no one at the counter, then the one worker who does show up is on her phone on a call. She never spoke to me other than “small, medium, or large?” She didn’t say “hey”, or what can I get for you?” She looked at me, at the register, them back at me, and I took that as a sign that I should order. I don’t know why I didn’t leave. Driving for 4 hours straight made my mind do the stupid decision of staying and getting food. Paid for it 30 minutes later

Went in for breakfast while visiting family in Vinton. There appeared to only be two people who were there working. Ordered breakfast at 10.. just before they switched to the lunch menu. Had to wait until one of the two employees were able to take the order at the front counter. The manager is rude and really doesn’t want to give the customer what they requested even when it isn’t something normally done but can be done.. love the food.. but don’t like the service at this location.
