I have refrained for so long leaving this review. I don’t like leaving negative reviews. This location is garbage. Constant issues. EVERY TIME. Rude staff. Wrong orders. Long waits. Food is hit or miss. It’s so close to home so we keep giving them a try but I’m done.

When they first opened, we waited til the crowd simmered down and they weren’t so busy. Kept hearing they couldn’t function well as if they hired everyone that never worked in fast food before. When we first went, service wasn’t that great and it took waaaaay too long dining in to get our order. It can be tough when you first open, but the food was really great. 2nd and 3rd visit was pretty good. I could tell the service was going down. I’m hoping that wasn’t the case anymore since it’s been a while since we went.

The service at this location was a horrible exhibition. There are no choices below 1 star. Generally the service at most Jacks restaurants is very good but this was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced anywhere. I was the only one in line and it took 15 minutes for anyone to take my order and when that moment finally arrived I was made to feel like a bother. Multiple customers came in after me and after waiting for service simply walked out. Drive through customers were leaving as well. The staff looked unenthused and moved slower than slow motion in an uncaring manner but one in particular who served me put a lot of effort into texting on her phone and that was all she put effort into . People who arrived before I did and were waiting on their orders noticed and were saying the same things as well. So, after waiting almost an hour to get my takeout order, it was wrong! The person filling the order looked like she hated her job. Rather than to go through the hassle of returning I simply took what I got and left with it. The food that I got was good and that’s all I can say. Jacks, you’re better than this! I will take my business to the location in Gray from now on. I could write much more about my experience here but simply don’t have the time.

cashiers were very rude and overall terrible. food was cold when we got it & milkshakes were wrong. when we asked for a different milkshake they had an attitude and said “we gotta machine back here they can make it their self” dinner crew is terrible.

We gave them a shot when they first opened and it was terrible. Huge weight and the fries were so over salted that they were inedible. All of the workers were lethargic and unpleasant. It was so bad that it became an ongoing joke amongst my household. After several months we decided that maybe their training and quality of employee had improved and perhaps it was a fluke. We had heard from some friends that they were ok now. Needless to say we waited over 30 minutes in a line with 5 cars. I ordered my food and they didn’t repeat my order to me so I was concerned based on the price that they missed a portion of my order. They did indeed miss it so I asked them to add it back in. When I finally got to the window they had again not added it and looked at me like a deer in headlights and asked if I had wanted it added. I was a bit confused as to how that was an actual question. I was then informed that they no longer had any. At this point I asked for my card back and simply left. I’m not even sure if I was charged but even if so it’s a small price to pay to NEVER attempt to eat here again.

Was eating here 6/24/23. More dirty tables than clean ones. No sope or hand towels in the men’s room. Employees standing around talking. This place used to be really good, I’d say it needs different management.

I pull up to the window. Get put on a 5 minute hold. There’s two cars and drive through me and one other person. She finally answers me and I tell her what I want. No total or anything has me pulled to the speaker and I wasn’t even done ordering. Just cut off. Been sitting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes with one car in the drive-thru. This is insane I get up to the window. She doesn’t say hey or anything change me. My food doesn’t say thank you. I asked for a cup of ice and some ranch. She said that she was out of ranch that they only had catch up which is understandable. Zero personality. No wonder y’all got so many complaints. Not saying it’s 100% her fault but y’all need to get that under control or your new business is going too fall. There is a reason why dairy Queen is packed out and y’all have two people in your drive-thru. I finally get home or I can eat my food and my food tastes like someone dumped a whole container of salt on it. It is so salty the hamburger and the fries. I can’t even eat it. I definitely will not be returning. This is sad because the one in gray is not like this at all!

Hello I hate to complain but I sit in the drive thru line for more than 40 minutes this Sunday morning. I finally left and had to settle for Dairy Queen food. The Sunday Morning wait has been ridiculous for the last 3 Sunday morning. I do not know about other days but I am a Pastor and I love Jack’s breakfast on Sunday morning between church services. Last Sunday I actually waited 35 minutes and watched people get out of the drive thru line. That means it would have taken even longer if they had stayed. Last Sunday I asked and the young lady at the window said everyone came to work but we were not busy earlier and the manager sent workers back home and now 3 people trying to do everything. We recommended 3 people at Sunday Study to go to Jack’s in Monticello this morning but we made a mistake. They got tired waiting in the drive thru line and said the person at the window was rude this morning. They stayed we left so we could get to the next church service on time.

I’ve been here twice now, and the food is good, but both times I was in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes and the first time they forgot my fries. Food is good, but the service could be better.
