Hands down the best Taco Bell in the country. You want Minnesota nice? They are the definition. Wade and Jenny took care of me when I came in and they were absolutely fantastic! Best experience I’ve ever had at any Taco Bell I’ve ever visited!!

Every time I order from Cloquet they mess something up. I never get my full order and I am always missing food. I am very specific with my orders because I do not like certain toppings, I take them off and add other things and they never make them right so I end up throwing them away. On top of that, I ordered online for in store pickup and waited 30 minutes over the time it said it was ready, not a single person came to greet me or see if I needed help. I overheard the employees talking and they were very excited to be closing the store, and were not paying attention to anything else. Very frustrated with this location.

This place used to be awesome. Was always clean, the food was always well prepared, the service was great. Lately it’s gone way down hill. Food prepared extremely sloppy, tortillas have been old/stale/hard. Staff extremely rude. Tables always dirty. Top it off, their hours are ridiculous. Imagine having a restaurant chain with a breakfast menu but doesn’t open until 10am… “4th Meal” slogan? Forget it, they close at 8pm.

I had been craving Taco Bell for a day or so, which I should’ve known better. I get in line, they take my order, and now I’m at the window. I have to wait eons just to get a quesadilla and some burritos. First off the lady’s attitude was so stinky our eyebrows sizzled off and her breath stunk like cabbage. Second the food or gruel I should say was extremely low brow. It was so poorly made that it was actually pandering us for money, my brother had to take a broom and sweep the gristle off of his burrito. When he was actually able to bite into it, it was 5 layers of tortilla and one measly piece of lettuce. I don’t know if it was some sort of sick joke but they actually put one piece of beef one piece of lettuce and one piece of shredded cheese in a taco shell. To top it off my boyfriend had actual soup in a tortilla. Once he bit into it, it exploded everywhere and the car was totaled. I had to go to Walmart and buy a new shirt and pants. I believed in you Taco Bell and this is how I’m treated. Never again. PS. Need to talk to employees about personal hygiene.

I live in cloquet and I’ll stop coming here now. This is the third time I’ve been shorted meat and other ingredients in my food. I get it that it’s fast food but if I pay 35$ for tacos I think I deserve a little more than a table spoon worth of meat. Management needs to do something, I’m not the only one complaining.

Cloquet MN store 3:20pm August 19th. Absolutelu Frustrating! First the manager in front of all their staff and customers loudly told another employee that they were the only one they trusted to do the closing. That shows why there is such low morale and that they keep losing people and no one wants to work there. Very bad management and leadership. If I had a manger say that in front of me when I was working there I would have just walked out. Also they haven’t taken down any of the things that are not available then act like it’s your fault for asking. I looked it up on the app menu and their in store menu still on there the crispy chicken burrito and the cinnamon bun desserts on there. We had to go into the store to order because their intercom system echoes back and you have to repeat yourself multiple times. The service is getting worse every time. I’m just done and will be going to Taco John’s for awhile because at least they are consistent with what’s on their menu.

Horrible service. Asked for bean, rice, potato and lettuce burritos. Some people have food allergies aka cant do dairy. Specifically said no cheese. Burrito had cheese on the side and a big chunk at the bottom. Wouldnt bother going back to get it right as they couldnt even figure out how to charge us separately for 2 orders. Male helped us. I dont think receipt has correct name. Annoying when your specific and patient and they still dont get it right.
