The loaded breakfast is decidedly less loaded and a little more expensive than I remember. I know this isn’t the owners fault if it is a franchise, but still can’t give it 5 stars.
The service, though, is fantastic and the food is fresh. At least in the 6-7am time window where I normally stop here (on the rare occasion I’m heading up that way).

My friend orders us the midnight box for 17 dollars and we are missing things from our order. We didn’t realize anything was missing until we left and opened the box. This isn’t the first time this has happened and I see others have also complained about missing items as well. We are missing the air refresher and the sauces for our meal. We had to eat dry fries, mid tacos, chicken nugget sized chicken strips, and onion rings. Probably not coming back nothing seems to get better.

Took 20 minutes to get food. Still forgot things. They did not apologoze for the wait. Food was barely warm and the parking set up means you have to go back on the street and back into the parking lot to wait as they asked us and another truck to do. 97 bucks for 5 people us not worth it for a “fast” food joint and garbage service.

Somehow, a 2 for $5 paper coupon came out to $7.50 after tax. If you aren’t taking coupons and are just charging customers whatever you can, just refuse the coupon and save me the time.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. They didn’t listen when I ordered. I ordered sauced tiny tacos, they gave me plain and not even the dipping sauce on the side. When handed the food at the window it was very aggressive and then they slammed the window on us. The lady refused to give me my receipt at the window after I waited a moment to signal her. Then I had to go in as i was missing food. She argued with me about my order then angrily gave me my food that was missing. My wife’s burger was cold to the point of it seemed frozen. Won’t be back.

It was a Jack in the Box. There were very few people inside and nobody in the drive thru, yet the drink and condiment area was in desperate need of a cleaning. I was there probably 20 minutes in all and never saw anyone coming out to check to see if it needed attention. The service and atmosphere were average, but when I asked that the burger patty be cooked fresh, they did so without questioning, which I greatly appreciated. The Jumbo Jack was fresh and almost juicy from more than the veggies. I’d eat there again, I would probably just do it take out style. It’s probably the best freshly prepared JJ I’ve had anywhere.
