So the first time we went the service was great guy was really friendly and helpful. This second time customer service was lacking they were not friendly or even cordial, we paid for sauce that was left out and when we said we got sauce she eye rolled, checked the screen and finally grabbed it.

The new ribeye sandwich was awful. It was nothing like the commercial..not even close. The very thin patty had no taste and most of the sandwich was lettuce. Also, the curly fries were cold. Don’t waste your money.

The speaker in the drive-through still doesn’t work after months of complaints causing you to have to order at the window holding up traffic and placing and receiving your food order. I suggest going to Taco Time or McDonald’s across the street.

The Airport road location again giving us the wrong food for what we ordered so we had to go around the drive-thru again and got the correct food. they did correct it without any extra fees and they let us keep the food that they made in error, but still and extra 5 to 7 minutes in drive thru that we shouldn’t have to.

Very disappointed. After failing to buy a milkshake at the other fast food stop next door. I tried JIB. Also no shakes, the order console was broken, the line was full so there was no backing up and the window was taking the orders and having the cars wait for them to slowly fill the order. I’ve been told the employees don’t want to clean the machines so they refuse to make shakes.

I’m sitting in the drive thru and have been stuck here for 20 minutes, my lunch break is almost over. They aren’t taking your order till you get up to the window then you have to wait 5 minutes for them to put it together, there’s a l in be of cars all stuck in this little driveway so you can’t get out and leave. This was a big mistake, won’t come back to this spot again.

I work across the complex where the restaurant is. I go there quite frequently for the convenience of just a short jaunt. I have never gotten bad food, bad service, or had an unclean table to sit down at. However, every single time I go in there around 2pm ( my lunch time) I stand in the lobby at the counter for over 5 minutes before they even acknowledge my existence. This time an employee was on break and looked right at me and I was ignored. Then an elderly woman came in barely able to walk and she was ignored as well for over 5 minutes standing by the counter. Oh, after I was acknowledged the service was amazing. The food was hot and delicious, and I witnessed the staff catering to the elderly woman’s table so she could remain seated. I enjoy going there for lunch. The staff are amazing when it comes to customer service. I just wish they would pay closer attention to their lobby and counter area. I almost walked out after standing there for six minutes today without even a hello. By the way I was seated with hot food within 4 minutes of them finally greeting me. Fix this one flaw and you’ll continue to have this customer stop by bare minimum twice a week.
