The food is always good, the service is usually good, and you always get my order correct. So good job. But, here is the problem. I want you to keep the same quality, but have lower prices at the same time. How are you going to do that? I don’t know. Probably by replacing people with robots and machines. I don’t want that to happen, but it’s probably inevitable. I want to eat more Jack In The Box, but it costs me at least 15$ every time I go. I can’t do that very often.

Worst place ever! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Lived here my whole life and have always gone to this location. Not sure what happened in the last few years but it has gone extremely down hill! They always make you pull around. Why? Well when I pulled around, the line got backed up and the people in the drive thru got their food before me. Went inside and asked what was going on and I had a little kid worker say ” well we are on a time frame “. What is that suppose to mean. Do they clear their orders so it looks like they are getting them done faster. Asked the kid, well aren’t you going to apologize for the wait and he says “I just work here”. They need to teach their workers some proper customer service!!!!

Great value for money as ever. Very good service prompt and efficient. Everything taste fresh but there really is no wait. Ate in and the place was really clean. I definitely will be back for most and best of all still great value when others have our up prices this still seems to be amazing value.

My burger wasn’t as hot as I would have liked it to be. I think they were waiting for fries. But noon on a Friday, you’d think they’d be prepared. Otherwise, it’s the same delicious food you expect from Jack in the Box. Ultimate cheeseburger is my go-to.

It doesn’t matter what you order or when you order it. They park you and everyone else out front door 10-20 minutes, but they have you off the sensors so it doesn’t reflect real time waits for corporate. This place sucks. The lack of respect and decent treatment is insane.

Foods always really good but the staffs always a rude and a come off as if they’re irritated at you for being hungry and choosing their restaurant. Maybe cause working with the public sux. I definitely can relate so I don’t hold that against them. Restaurants always really clean.

I just went thru the drive through. 7/16/2023. @ around 6:40pm. I was ordering my food. I have worked there before and I know the headset isn’t the best. So I tried talking loud and clear to the guy (manager apparently) when I was ordering. I wasn’t done ordering yet. I even said “I’m not done ordering yet, sorry”. & i heard when he said “oh my god”. & a big sigh. I got mad because first, if you don’t wanna be there, don’t. & second I wasn’t even being rude for him to say that. I got angry . I’ve never had someone be rude like that.

I’m so tired of this location parking cars to cheat their drive-thru times. Everytime we go we get parked. They were parking every car in the line on my last visit. I am not exaggerating. I always comply but have to ask for sauce. They bring the food out eventually but dont bring sauce due to some communication error because of the unnecessary parking. I drive away everytime and I’m so disappointed when I realize my order is wrong. We will not come here anymore after this last visit. This place needs to be inspected by corporate. This is ridiculous.

This place is hit and miss on the quality of customer service. And preparation of the food. They need adult supervision. In there screwing around. My husband had to explain to the boy what a regular coffee was 3x as he kept trying to hand us the iced coffee. And again say the shake machine is broken. I didn’t think we were at McDonald’s. Is it really broken or they are just to lazy to clean it. They should just take it off the menu. 9x out of 10 you can’t get a shake .
