I ordered curly fries and got regular fries. Also ordered a large diet coke only to take a drink it tastes like the syrup ran out. I wouldn’t complain, but the amount to pay for fast food is expensive and I was on my lunch break and didnt want to wait longer than the 10 minutes I had already waited.

$15 for a 1 egg breakfast sandwich meal is crazy..you can get a big Dennys platter for this and its real food, makes no sense why they charge this much for fast food, especially when you have real restaurants serving real food for the same price right next to you. Service was slow also, only 3 people in drivethru line and 2 people already eating in lobby, there was no lunch rush yet and they still took a while

Great value for money as ever. Very good service prompt and efficient. Everything taste fresh but there really is no wait. Ate in and the place was really clean. I definitely will be back for most and best of all still great value when others have our up prices this still seems to be amazing value.

Where are my tacos? I ordered just three items from the drive-thru, but only two were in the bag. Wouldn’t you know it? The one time I don’t check my fast food order is when they mess it up. If you’re in a hurry, driving on I-5, better make sure this Jack in the Box gets your order right before getting back on the freeway!

There were 2 cars in front of me . One had already been parked in the single spot in front and the other one was parked behind it. I simply ordered a classic grilled chicken wrap and two tacos. I was asked to park in the spot out front. I told the employee I could not someone was already there. She told me to just get as close as I could. The car in the middle got their food first, then the car that was actually parked in the spot, and finally me. I expected mine last, as I was last parked. What I did not expect was a 10 minute wait. The inside only had a few diners, already sitting down. When I opened my chicken wrap, it was fried not grilled! No, I did not go in to have it replaced as I had to get home and I had to eat as I had gone too long without eating as it was.
The food was good. I can say the wrap was tasty. I was trying to avoid the increased grease since the tiny tacos are fried.
