Don’t go here , I went to drive through got number # 10 (spicy chicken) when I came to parking lot to eat my food it stinks the food is unhealthy and when I go back to change my food they closed the door I was there for 15 minutes they did not opened the door . Not sure why safety department does not check on them , complete disaster. There was another family with kids in the car told me they ordered online and they were not able to receive their food because they closed the door , a 100% fraud . The owner can’t deny of all these issue because CCTV is all over and I am sure he/she know everything , better be safe and change your location , good luck if read this review and still want to order from this store . Make sure you have a good health insurance before eating here , maybe you’ll end up in emergency room as I trashed my food and waste my money !

They only had Dr. Pepper and Fanta for drinks, the ice cream / shake machine was down, and they had no curly fries. The Cluck Sandwich was pretty decent though.

The ice coffee drinks are always filled to the top with ice with barely anything else in them. I decided to give them a last try and asked for “light ice” this time around, EZ ice displayed in the drive-thru screen only to still get like 60-70% ice in it (Picture attached). I do enjoy the flavor but when I pay $5 for a large cup of ice with coffee flavor over and over it means that you have scammed me for the last time 🙁

I *used* to like getting food from this Jack In The Box. But, recently I placed an order in the mobile app. When I got to the restaurant, it was closed when it was supposed to be open, (even had a handwritten note on the door saying closed,) so I wasn’t able to get the food I’d already paid for. I went back a few days later. The person in charge was very rude, claimed there was no way the restaurant could have been closed, didn’t believe me when I showed her pictures I took, and basically accused me of trying to steal their food. After I left, I called the phone number on the restaurant, and also submitted the contact form online. I never heard back, and finally ended up disputing the charge with my credit card.

I ordered 4 meals for my family late at night after leaving the airport. We were the only people there. It took over 10 minutes to get our food. 1 of the orders was wrong and all 4 of them had an awful, dirty oil taste. Very disappointing.

It looked almost abandoned when we drove up at 11:15am yesterday, but I got out to place the order while my daughter parked the car and I found the doors locked. Mind you, the chairs weren’t upside-down or anything. I saw one woman inside behind the counter shaking her head NO at me. So we went to the drive through and tried to order chicken sandwich combos and then we’re told that breakfast is available. We thank her and repeat that we want chicken sandwich combos and she repeats about breakfast! So we ask when will lunch be available and we get silence. Of course we left the drive through. No clue what’s going on there but we will not be back.

In the drive-through, I ordered a strawberry infused Red Bull, but when I got to the window, she hands me a strawberry shake. I ask why she’s having me a shake and she said they were out of Red Bull. Take down the darn sign, or put a notice that the item is not currently available, or tell me when I place the order, don’t just hand me something else. That’s like ordering a jumbo jack and then hand me a chicken sandwich. Ugh. I’m visiting from outside the United States and I’m so over the poor customer service everywhere we go. Why Americans tolerate this is beyond me.

Good experience for those late night taco and jalapeño popper runs. Staff friendly and wait times short. Remember right turn only from the drive though or you’re going to have a bad time.
