Went to the drive thru and when they handed me the bag they clearly said that everything was in there. When I got home I was missing the supreme croissant and hash brown. So I drove all the way back and told them. The lady gave me just a croissant with a horrible attitude not even apologize for the mistake. From here on I will drive further to a different store if I buy jack in the box again.

Terrible drive thru service. Went on 3 separate occasions and they had me up pull up to their “pick up section”. Everytime I’ve come to this Jack in the Box late night around 4am there’s a lady that says their system isn’t working at the moment & that she can’t take my order. Since it’s happened every single time I’m not sure if she’s just saying that as an excuse, because the other Jack in the Box up the street never has this issue at around the same time. Kinda weird

My boyfriend and I got here about 2am ish on March 4th 2020. Since we had a trailer on the back of our truck and knew the dining area would be closed. I walked up to the window to order food. The manager saw me, hell another employee even saw me, walked up to the manager, then turned back my way and motioned “no” that they wouldn’t be able to take my order. The pic I provided was taken AFTER I had gotten back into our truck. I’m just glad we do not come to California often…

Horrible service placed an order online around 6pm. The order said it would be ready at 630pm got to drive thru at 720. The lady said there was no order with that name told her I had a receipt emailed . I then told her I would show it to her she then stated they were busy and probably order wasn’t in yet which was understandable if I didn’t order it a hour ago. She then started to get loud with me therefore I asked to speak to her manager and she stated she was the assistant manager. She looked again on her computer and she found my name “10 pages back “. Pulled up to get my order then had two items missing. I will never go to this jack in the box ever again.
