Good People & Good Food. Dining Room 6am to 10 pm. Drive Thru Open 24 Hours except 2 to 3 am & 3:55 to 4:20 am. Sometimes Closed from 3:45 to 4:45 am for Deep Cleaning.

This place smelled so bad, so many flies inside, food tasted weird, management kept disappearing in the back while customers waited for some time. I know that part of oside is ghetto but damn, new low. Very nasty spot, explains the stomach ache after leaving here no more coming here.

Dining room can be serviced more during the day. Eaten there a few times before 5 p.m. and the housekeeping can be tieded up.I rate this location A ONE, only because it’s a hit and miss during the night. Sometimes there open, sometimes there closed. 24hrs on google but not true at the store. Even the employees told me during the day that they only open if the employees come in. Sounds to me there’s a management problem and the employees run that location. Tried them 3 times late night and not open. Had to go to 3808 Plaza Dr. Oceanside every time. This location is open based on the scheduled posted in google / website. Great job at that location, food was hot and helpful service. Send your employees to that location for training.

Orders are consistently “jacked” up. Always missing items, so much so that I had to leave a note . I check my orders sometimes but I shouldn’t have to every single time ….that’s the staffs job . That’s what they’re paid for. I would like to say that the staff is always friendly even when they’re super busy. I usually don’t complain but c’mon now….I’ve worked food service in the past and it’s not hard to make sure the order is accurate. Also they always seem to be understaffed. Is that a franchise store?

Workers arguing in Spanish. No pickles, napkins or a receipt. I had to wait extra just to place my order and I thought to myself. Jack why is the staff so lazy that they could not take out the Jack combo display after they put in the Angus/American burger ad…its so dark and you really can not see the ad at night. Jack the prices have really go up! I think I waited five minutes just to place my order…really long Jack. The cook should never argue with the team leader and all three workers should use some better language. Even though they had the radio in Spanish on you could still here the words that were used. I think I’ll try another store on Plaza Drive instead.

I asked what comes on loaded mini tacos and then ordered them. The lady asked me to pull forward before my order was on the screen, typical drive through behavior. I was not given a receipt and they gave me plain mini tacos. Super sad bc I was ready for the sauces and lettuce.

I ordered a delivery. When I got my delivery not all of the items that I paid for came to me. I called the store back to let them know. They said well come in and we’ll give you what is missing. But I am disabled I have an open wound on my foot I cannot walk and cannot drive. So that makes it impossible for me to come in and get what I was missing.

Order some food for the late night dinner after a movie night. They not only get the wrong fries I want, but they also didn’t give any sauce when I stated what kind of sauces I want. My mozzarella sticks also didn’t comes with some sauce too..:. Pretty upset and disappointed with such service. Never recommend this place. No matter how late it is… better to go somewhere else.

November 11th 2021 1:48 am. I drive up, a Hispanic woman is rushing to place yellow wet floor signs in the drive through so I cannot drive in. Then she rushes to close and lock the store doors. I park and call the store. She answers and I ask why is the drive through barricaded if it clearly says open 24 hours. She tells me they are on their break and the store will not reopen until 3am. I say all the employees are on their break at the same time for the next hour and fifteen minutes? She says yes. I ask if I call corporate and ask them if this is normal operations protocol will they agree, she says go ahead call them. I ask for her name, she says “Jack in the Box” then says goodbye. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Typical of this location. The male managers during the day are helpful but the majority of the employees are disgruntled and are most likely doing foul things to food to spite patrons. This is the worst behavior I have ever experienced at any establishment in my entire life. The owner should be embarrassed at the quality of staff employed at this store. This woman needs to be reprimanded and terminated from further employment with Jack in the Box.
