Really frustrating when they send a portion of your order, and leave items out at their convenience (with no notice). I would rate much higher if my kids were getting the items they wanted, or if they could choose a replacement for unavailable items. With the amount paid for grub hub, a complete order would really be nice.

Place your order online to do in-store pickup if you can. The wait during the busy time is ridiculous. Other than that, it’s a kfc. Nothing really stands out and nothing really detracts from it. I’m only giving it three stars because of this. It’s fast food. There’s nothing about it that’s genuinely special. There’s nothing wrong with the quality of the food, it’s just a KFC and therefore it doesn’t really earn five stars because they don’t really stand out in the pack above anything else
