Great food and awesome service. This spot is kept really clean. The staff is friendly and food comes out quickly. This location is consistent with the other ones. Located right by Mount St Antonio college. Offers and deals are updated on your phone as well

The manager is a nice sweet lady, but the establishments performance is very poor. Either they are messing up the food on purpose or the preparation is just bad. Food is cold, drinks have no carbonation, chocolate cake that tastes expired. I’m just going to enjoy the jack in the box near my home. What a shame. Don’t go here unless you want a high chance of complaining about your order. I was always patient and waited through the drive through, and yet they still mess up the order or forget they took your order and make you get out and reorder your food. Never coming back and neither should you. The cold egg rolls was the last straw lol. They don’t taste good to finish em.

They close whenever they freaking feel like it! Ive been tolerating them for TWO years closing the dining room half a day to an entire day early at odd times WITHOUT advanced notice. Latest incident (see photo and time of this review) shows they were supposed to be open until 4pm but alas, they change there freaking minds cus like, who GAF’s!

Food is as expected when going to Jack in the Box. The woman who took our order was barely understandable and she didn’t even let us finish stating our order. I gave her my card and she said it declined. I told her to try again and then she asked for my PIN number so she could put it in herself! That was completely inappropriate and hopefully she’s either given more training or is let go.

Placed a pickup order through the app around 6:20 am and they still weren’t open by the time I left around 6:45 am. Tried contacting support using the contact us thing twice and it’s now been around a week with no contact about my $40. They definitely do not open at 6 a.m.
