This Jack Sucks!!! Waited 10 min just to order my food and 20 to receive it! They prioritize drive thru and leave dine in on the back burner! Definitely they need more employees. Inside tables arent clean and employees dont even acknowledge you to let you know they will be with you in just a moment instead they all act like they dont see you until theyre ready. I get theyre busy but come on wheres the customer service? JACK IN THE BOX is one of my faves but this one ur wait time is ridiculous. Worst part is that the Manager and Assistant Manager where working this shift smh

The food was good, no complaints about service. Full disclosure, I did have to make 2 drive thru trips to receive all my items from a single order, but since there was no wait on the second trip thru the drive thru, all stars remain intact for my 5 star review.

Not enough staff for lunch rush. Had to ask for the restroom key, then wait while they served another customer for them to come open the restroom. Had the new grilled chicken sandwich, not great over sauced which made it hard to eat, slide all over when I tired to take a bite. Glad I wasn’t driving at the time.

Store posted it would close at 3am. But I arrived at 2:55, in which the employee said they were closed and then did not respond after. I understand it was the last five minutes, but if you “open” till 3am. That means orders will still be taken till 3am. It’s really inconvenient when this is the only fast food place open at this time of night.
