Get their at least 5 minutes before they acknowledged me. Sad for a manager. Burger had no flavor and lady said their was nothing they can do but salt and pepper. Lost money it tasted like paper

Ordered at the dirty counter. I informed the cashier who said it would be cleaned. Twenty minutes later, still dirty and sticky. Every table in the dining room was dirty to varying degrees. The fountain shot out too much ice and spilled onto the floor. The area around the fountain had both water and dried sticky soda.

My food was left at the front counter. No one, that I was aware, called my number. The counter was still dirty.

In fairness, the food was hot, presentable and prepared well.

This was my first visit. I’m not sure I’ll return to dine in.

Hope the management reads this. Hope someone takes action.

Service was awful. Food arrived incredibly late. The food was cold half done and my frosty was opened. I understand delays and being busy but my order should have been ready by the time the delivery driver got there. As well as they could have at least packaged my food right. I normally enjoy Wendy’s but the service this time was just totally unacceptable.

They don’t even ask if you want small medium or large anymore that the drive-thru, they just put it as large also they’ve gone to bagged lettuce which has that plastic flavor. Also be careful if you’re collecting points because they will scan your receipt for the points for themselves and give you the receipt and it won’t work.

I didn’t always eat at a Wendy’s. When I did I have to say I have never been disappointed with their menu items. This particular location was definitely a new experience I liked the updated look and feel of this Wendy’s their service was absolutely impeccable they were moving extremely fast and orderly and the food was also amazing. Today I tried one of their salads which is the berry burst and I have to tell you if you have not tried this salad it is definitely something you should consider trying especially if you’re a bit of a solid fan and like to try different salad. This particular salad is priced at 679 it comes with grilled chicken blueberries strawberries almonds it’s just an amazing salad for 370 calories not bad at all and it comes with a raspberry vinaigrette dressing I needed two it was that darn good. And they have the updated soda machines where you can select your options if you want to mix and match your sodas if you’re one of those kinds of people this is definitely a great place that you want to visit and the service is 100% on point.

First visit to a new store and theygot our drive through order wrong for $5.19 I recieved a cold patty with one slice of cheese, a few pickles and onions. No bacon I ordered the bacon s’sasome bacon burger. I tried to call to let them know the fries my husband got were cold, hard and twice fried, but there was no phone number on the receipt except an 888#. I called to express my concern, the person I spoke to Ashley was sympathetic and promised a manager or general manager would call. No one ever has a week later. I waited to post my review hoping someone would address the poor quality of food we received. We could have ordered an equivalent hot meals from McDonalds for about 9.00. At least Mcdonalds has a large enough dining facility to accommodate more than 15 people at a time. This Wendy’s is small and has a bad parking arrangement. I won’t go back for that poor quality of cold food. I posted my receipt so you can use it to call the corporate office if you have a similar experience. I’m sure they will remove the phone number eventually, because of the many calls they are sure to recieve.

We were wondering why this Wendys was so dead at 6pm on a Friday night. We soon found out. 1- Employees hanging out and on their phones by the back door. 2- Lobby was really dirty these photos make it look cleaner than it was. The register counter looked disgustingly dirty. 3- The soda machine had tons of sodas out. 4- Food took really long time to come out and they forgot one combo and one burger was made wrong. Super dissapointed in this location.

Ordered 3 jr cheeseburger deluxe with a lemonade and large fries through the app. Went to pick up the order and they almost forgot the fries, luckily I check before I left. Also, they added mustard. One of the burgers had brown stuff in them, lost my appetite. The food was cold.
