We visited about 1pm on a Tuesday. It was not packed but looked like they had a busy drive through. The overall restaurant wasn’t too cluttered or dirty, but I did grab a napkin to wipe off our table. We ordered our food through a kiosk and it was ready in about 10 minutes. The order was accurate and fresh. My chicken power bowl was okay, like budget Chipotle, with the rice rubbery like it had been microwaved. My husband and son had quesadillas and nacho fries. The meal was edible and okay, but not anywhere near delicious.

Just went to this Taco Bell for LAST time! I can’t believe how much money I just paid for a meal for 4 people. Food quality has not gone up. Customer service has not improved.. how do we justify these high prices? 19 bucks alone for two box meals.. won’t be back.

I’m predicating this rating based on comparison to other Taco Bell restaurants. This store is part of the Verrado Marketside District just north of Interstate 10 in Buckeye, Arizona. The location is easy on – easy off the highway and sits at the base of the White Tank Mountains.

I use to love this taco bell. I even went to it before my high school graduation but recently it has been horrible. The food is fine, however the lack of care with orders has become unbearable. I asked for no sour cream on a burrito because I cannot do the taste and after a 13 hour serving shift I could still get orders right. On the screen and on the receipt they got it right but when I got home and bit into it, sour cream, a lot of it too. I’ll be honest, I cried out of frustration and hunger. I’m frustrated because this is not the first time this has happened. This is nearly every time I go, most times I check my food but this time I didn’t because I was starving and I waited in a three car line for 20 minutes. It’s so disappointing for stuff like this to happen, I’ve written a review before when I received something I was allergic to when I asked for it without that item. Please do your job, I get “acting your wage” and I know it’s late but seriously, it’s not that hard.

It’s tacobell. Food is consistent to what you’ve come to expect. I like dining area. Open, light and clean. It can get a little loud with all the hard surfaces reflecting sound, but its not a big deal. Outside seating as well.

It’s Taco Bell but this location in Buckeye is some much better than the one off Watson Road in Buckeye. The service here is always friendly and prompt. They have never messed up and order either.

There was no one there but us. We used the kiosk to order. The place was dirty; food and trash on the tables and floor. Lots of staff standing in their stations. They need to occasionally visit the dining room to clean and sweep. The food was pretty good though.

Went through the drive thru. Order was right on the screen and receipt, but was made incorrectly. Returned to store and was told they were willing to remake it…really? It was remade incorrectly a second time but with groceries in the car, didn’t wait for a second remake.
