I went thru the drive through and this location wasn’t very busy. I had to wait to order maybe 3 to 5 minutes. No one said anything so I was starting to think my truck didn’t trigger the system. I drove up to the window and no one was there. Employees looked at me and then turned away to play on the phone. A young girl with braids with pink in them. After another wait a girl walked up holding a broom and dust pan but still took her time taking my money. The drive thru was empty in front of me too. I got up to the 2nd window and the girl there at least said hello. The food was hot but overall the lazy employees ruined it for me. I’ll pay 11 bucks for a meal but not to be treated like I’m bothering them. Bring on the robots, I’m ready for everyone at this location to be fired.

Incompetent. Food came out slowly. Food was warm at best. Order was incomplete. Fries not salted.
McDonalds was not busy maybe half dozen people max. No excuse for how poor everything was.

The driver through cashier was pleasant. So was the dine in cashier. Waited on my order. But needed to cancel due to driving to work two counties away.
The manager was never unpleasant. She even went to as far as say do I want my order or what. I took the order got ready to drive off and realized it was missing my hashbrows. Her energy was so unwelcoming and rude. Despite taking the food. I will not be eating it. It wasn’t prepared with good energy.
I hope ma’am your day gets better. Not sure of what you are dealing with in life but you attitude is the most importantly part of every customer’s experience. That’s what impacts a person from choosing your Mac Donald’s of 1 of 3 that they pass going to work.

More community Development: this particular location is part of the multiplex network of convenience stores, fueling and cafe style restaurant centers that continue to be popular along the country’s highway system. They provide ease of access to essentials whether you are a traveller or a local living in the area. This is an efficient way to dine on the go, fuel up, and if needed pick-up any necessities. There was a surprise in store at this location. They had a new menu selection (perfect for a spice lover) that allows for a selection of a protein, bread, and their new sauce choices. The service was great and it seemed to be a poplar location.

Oh yeah I came back in town with my family. Got to say, really like the place and the service was friendly and good. When I was growing up here we didn’t have a McDonald’s I come back home 30 years later and there’s a McDonald’s there. Food was hot and delicious and we didn’t have to wait long.

Due to my age the computerized order was too hard for me so worker took my order. The employees working in the back were talking positive and not about personal events, the young lady that came out to mop had a clean mop head and water was sanitized and smelled fresh, another employee check on me while I was waiting for my order. The food order was perfect hot and delicious! We are from Ackerman, Ms and were bringing my grandson up to see his girlfriend in a beauty review at Sharkey Academy. Great service!

Loud and the service is slow. The food is not quality like it used to be but the prices are higher. Bring the French fries from the 80s back!! Make the meat patties w real meat and bigger. Lastly, work on the staffs attitudes and putting smiles, and use yes ma’am no sirs, pleasantries. Nobody wants to pay for mediocre food and mediocre service. Just some business advice.
