This place has gone down the drain. Its filthy. Garbage everywhere. They are only doing online ordering due to staffing but they can’t handle the online orders either. My order was supposed to be ready at 7:50 and im still here waiting at 8:24. This happened the other day too I waited 45 minutes. The staff is rude and have been joking and laughing with eachother while people are getting out of work and hungry. Do urself a favor and go to another location.

On 0416/23 I ordered a steak burrito bowl for my wife and when it was delivered there was no steak, only the other toppings. I’m not the type to write bad reviews but for my wife ill do anything and she was really looking forward to eating her very much loved chipotle bowl… Thank you for ruining her night

Everytime I come to this location they are very unprofessional. Always shutting things down EXTREMELY early. For instance I showed the other day around 7:45pm they close at 10 and they were already shutting stuff down. The staff is more concerned with walking around not doing anything before they greet you to take your order. I asked to use the restroom they told me it was closed at 8pm. . . . They close @ 10pm. I said I’ll give it a second chance and show up today at 8:31pm . . . Guess what? They’re closed when the business hours say open until 10pm. This location is completely trash and I definitely won’t be back,

my boyfriend I got to this chipotle at 8:45pm. i made sure to check what time they closed and online and the door says 10:00 pm. When we walked to the door they told us very rudely that they were closed and only taking online orders. we ordered online and asked for a coca-cola with my order and they instead gave me a sprite. When my boyfriend went back to switch it the worker in there went to get the coke, came back laughing saying they had no more when he clearly saw them in the fridge. at that point we were so fed up with the rudeness and we left. there were at least 5-6 workers standing around talking. definitely am never coming back to this location again.

Rasict staff, kind of tried to hurry up order for no reason and act up hastily. Avoid this place. You could easily sense it when you at the counter, there was no one in queue and the lady at counter acted up as why not making quick decisions

This place has some major problems with the fundamentals of just running a business. They frequently shut down by surprise. What their deal is, nobody knows. Good luck showing up, 50 50 chance they’ll have some issue and be closed.
