Ordered a classic wrap. Came out quickly. Tasted good. But the lady who handed it apparently tossed it like a bad fedex/ups driver tosses packages. Kinda made things awkward and i don’t go to jack in the box because i live in a state without them. So bad impression.

I ordered sausage croissant via drive thru. I went home to eat it. When i opened the croissant, they actually burnt the sausage so bad. How can you serve it when you actually see that it is burnt. It is not fair for the customers. I will make sure to report you at FTC and the Business Bureau

The drive thru person gave me the ranch I asked for in my hand with napkins, not sure why she didn’t just put it in my bag, but one of the ranch ended up falling between my seats never to be found again. Had to ask her for another one. The food took like 10 minutes (literally). When I got it the bag was all greasy and I can only assume she was too young to understand what that can do to a leather interior. Bad experience overall.

The food is ahhhhmazing!!!! I love the number 12 with extra good good sauce. . . The regular French fries are soooo good. . .the staff is always welcoming. I love the fact they accept EBT for the fact that the less privileged ones. I know the struggles of being a single mother and how hard it was. I wish PA had something like this place ❤️

It’s 7:00 pm and dine-in is close. WTH, drive-tru has a mile long line and it’s not moving. If you don’t have enough staff to give customers food, close your store, so people don’t waist time to drive to your location.
