I go to jack in the box for lunch everyday, always a different location, but it’s always tasty and they give me great bang for your Buck. This is the only one I’ve been so far where they are obviously cost cutting beyond normal. My food was pathetic. Usually it’s quite a good amount of food. But here, why are they skimping out so much? Do you want return customers? Do you want positive reviews? Every other jack in the box is making Their food fantastic. So what’s the deal here???? Management needs to come and help these people. They didn’t even give me correct change, and I had to tell her three times what I wanted. Very odd, but that doesn’t bother me. The cost cutting and ruining the food however is just not cool…

They need to add another rating system for cleanliness and hygiene. I have a lot of respect for anyone who wakes up every day and goes to work with any kind of illness or disability, auto immune or not. And while psoriasis affects millions of Americans, and I have sympathy for that and know that it is not contagious, it still doesn’t mean I want somebody else’s dead skin flaking off into my food as I eat it. It is extremely disrespectful of them to make their patrons uncomfortable by allowing somebody to work with food without any preventative means of spreading contamination. Put on a pair of gloves for crying out loud when you’re working with food! I would ask the same of somebody who had a problem with Dandruff, put on a hair bonnet! Would you want your surgeon working on you during open heart surgery without a pair of gloves on? I think not… put on a pair of gloves, or work the cash register! There are lots of options!

Went through the drive through and attempted to order food. Not only did 3 different people get on the speaker, not one of them was able to correctly repeat my order back to me. Also, apparently the drink machine must be broken as nonoptions were available.

A lackluster fast food experience, the milkshake I was given looked rundown and the cherry looked like it had been thrown in or dropped by accident. When I asked for a 3 piece Egg roll the clerk confirmed it as a 2 piece Egg Roll which I never saw on menu, when I asked for sauce she told me to ask at the window. I feel like asking at the speaker helps the efficiency and it shouldn’t require the customer to repeat what they have said. Also their is a hand written sign requesting tips which seems odd, especially considering service.

So I’ve decided to treat myself to a shake considering it is something that I don’t have very often. I ordered the large oreo shake. The lady repeated my order and I thought it was good to go. I grabbed my shake and it turned out to be a regular which I was charged for a regular that’s fine, but more than half of the cup was filled with whip cream.
