I placed an order for pickup at a specific location using the Jack in the Box app. My payment went through successfully, but when I arrived, cones were blocking the drive-through entrance. I went to check if the lobby was open or if anyone was available to speak with, but the doors were locked. I saw people inside, but they ignored me when I knocked on the door. I attempted to reach someone through the drive-through speaker and waited by the window, but nobody responded. An employee arrived later and informed me that they were closed, despite the fact that the drive-through is advertised as being open 24/7. I asked for a refund, but was told to contact Jack in the Box corporate instead. The employee also informed me that the manager would not be in until 9 am. This experience has left a bad impression on me, as it is not the first time I have encountered issues with Jack in the Box. Also still haven’t gotten my money back.

For at least a year, I go to this location weekly to treat myself to a Jumbo Jack no cheese or condiments . The burger is always super fresh with fresh vegetables. TONIGHT I got my usual… It was not fresh onions was old , bread soggy….. Whoever the cook was should be ashamed to send out food like that. So I will be putting this location on pause for a while.

Went Dec. 20th 2021 at 6:30pm to pick up tacos, got home and the bag leaked grease onto the passenger seat of my car and half the tacos had to be thrown away, as they were completely saturated with grease! See the pic.

This does not reflect the customer service. I drove through last night and picked up $20 worth of food. My burger has a 12 inch hair inside the wrapper of the burger. Very gross.
