Ordered the Lunch Buffet, but it offered a minimal variety of pizza styles, sauces & crusts. Most were basic meat sauce with pepperoni, and 2 toppings. The salad bar was very limited. Only house salad ingredients & few dressings. There were no meat/cheese toppings other than imitation bacon bits & American cheese. There was no vinaigrette, bleu cheese or low cal dressing either. Pasta was served already mixed, so you only had one option of sauce until it was empty & a new dish was brought out. It would have been better if the pasta was served plain with a choice of both meat & Alfredo sauce offered at the same time. Food was fresh & good otherwise, and our waitress was OUTSTANDING. She was so helpful with accommodating my 9 mo. old granddaughter.

Recent visit to try the buffet, restaurant was packed with a 30+ minute wait. Each and every staff member was working so hard to keep up with the demand. All of them were polite, had smiles on their faces while they were hustling. So impressed with how they handled the rush, keeping up with demand for food, and still being kind! 5+ stars

I’ll probably offend the pizza snobs out there but here goes. When I think of pizza I visualize a thin crust pepperoni pizza. And when that thought occurs I always think of the thin and crispy crust pepperoni pizza at Pizza Hut. They prepare if absolutely perfectly in my opinion. Not when you take it home via the take out window and definitely not through delivery. Even if you reheat it, it’s just not the same. Now I fix from-scratch pizza at home several times a year and am fairly proficient at the process so I really appreciate a good pizza. The Pizza Hut pizza crust is thin and crispy with just the right amount of marinara sauce and the pepperoni has just a hint of crispness around the just-starting-to-curl edges. This Pizza Hut gets the food and service right every time. I sure do miss the buffet…

Our was pick up. The one taking our order had questions ask for answers professionally. Our pickup time was right on spot not to mention the pizza was delicious. Either I was much more hungry than I realized or the pizza was exceptional. MAYBE BOTH. We will be back.

This is the only pizza hut I go to the other ones not only don’t give you warm marinara but either can’t or won’t take the time to heat it up for you if you ask but not these people they give you hot marinara if you eat in or ask when you order out and the food is just better

It’s been quite a few years since I’ve been to a Pizza Hut for various reasons. This one will have me coming back regularly. The pizza was hot, fresh, made quickly, and served with an amazing smile by the young lady at the front. Been in New Bern for 3 years and I’m mad it took me this long to try them. I’ll definitely be back.

This was a pleasant visit. From the start when l called in my order, the person (who l later found out was named Angel) was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Once l was in the restaurant Angel was quick and attentive. The pizza was ready, it was hot and it was made correctly. These are all the things l need to be a happy, satisfied and will return customer…l have managed many restaurants including Pizza Huts, so l know the customer and the business side…Good job
