All I have to say is ..TACOS! the best ever for many many years ..they have tasted the same since I remember my 1st one at age 8 and now years later still a 10 on my list…Although best to say when ordering that you want fresh ones otherwise you get chewy ones that have been sitting under the lamp. ☺️

This Jack in the box was amazing and fresh! Waited a little longer in drive thru for them to make the food fresh, but so worth it. The staff can do better though. Not very customer service oriented or friendly when driving thru and only said 1 word to us from time of collecting payment to handing food over so thought that could improve more.

Drive thru is slow. I was worried they didn’t understand my order. Made me repeat it. Pricey for 3 items 2 taco’s, swiss butter burger, 10 piece chicken nuggets meal $ 20.33. Disappointed not intending to spend any more money here.

Ordering via the app, this is the third time that I have ordered tacos without lettuce 5 minutes prior to receiving tacos with lettuce. Tonight, when the worker at the window tried to give me somebody else’s food, I even told him I only had four tacos with no lettuce. He repeated that back to me and then exclaimed that I must be the mobile order to which I confirmed. He brought me out a bag a minute later with tacos containing soggy lettuce. Of course, since I had confirmed with him no lettuce at the window, I didn’t hold up the line to check before I drove away from the drive-thru. I did check before I left the parking lot, and so pulled around to the front door, but it was locked. So then waited back in line through the drive-thru to get replacement tacos. He seemed irritated that I was giving him back a bag of tacos versus the money that he quoted me. Not sure I’ll be back anytime soon

Rush, rush, rush is not what I needed. No napkins, where are all my fries! More like dead fries! Squished burgers, not looking anything like the pictures. Tried to call store to help them to understand, I was hung up on! How rude! Thanks anyways!

New location… so theres always the worry “do they make the food right?”. Well they DO here. The burgers were great and so was my spicy chicken sandwich. The best part, we were only in the drive thru from start to end for about 5 to 7 minutes. Which if you have kids is freakin awesome, lol. Thanks Jack’s crew, keep up the great work. We will be back!
