Ordered a Frisco melt, onion rings and a couple fried pies. Onion rings were burnt to a crisp, brittle and cold. Tried the sandwich. Was also cold and meat was all dried out. The tomatoes were fresh and slightly colder than the sandwich. Sandwich was obviously made long before then the tomatoes where sliced fresh and thrown on just before serving. Was inedible. Tasted like somebodies left overs from the night before. I figure, well at least I have the pies. I opened them up and they were also burnt. This was the worst meal I’ve gotten from a fast food restaurant that I can remember. I have never left a review on a restaurant in my life but it’s the end of the day and it’s bothering me, how bad that was. They truly didn’t care about the food they were putting out. I will never eat there again. I feel like I can’t trust them with my food.

Used to be a good place for a burger, but now everything about the restaurant is disgusting. The burger (bun and meat ) was overcooked and old. The employees were so filthy and looked like they hadn’t changed clothes or showered for weeks! WAS. a customer for many years and will never be anymore!

The girl in the kitchen was arguing and yelling at the cashier with multiple customers around. She even cursed very loudly and was rude and very unprofessional. Took 15 minutes to get our food, and it wasn’t very busy.

I used to like eating here until this happened: I got a burger that had origanly came here to get a burger and it had onions on it and I don’t like onions. I asked a guy to take them off, he said back to me no onions and yet, I had onions on my burger! I will never come here again, sorry.

They spilled a Large Coke all over the inside of my car. I ordered 3 large combo meals with curly fries, after i cleaned up some of the soda i realized all 3 large curly fries were only half full. I called the company and still no response. I will never go to Hardees again, they do not care about their customers. The guy told me sorry and gave me a napkin, he never offered for me to come in and clean myself up or gave me a discount and i had to drive 30 minutes home with soda all over my car and all sown my pants into my shoe, i was cold and sticky, my worst experience ever!!!!!!!!

I have always been a fan of Hardee’s breakfast biscuits but this morning they were hard and crunchy. They seem to go through phases at this location where sometimes it’s good and other times it shouldn’t even be served. The staff is almost always friendly but the quality of food needs to be more consistent.
