Worst Burger King I have ever been to. There is so little food that is easy to pick up in the area, but it’s not worth it, just save your money and time and drive to somewhere where you can actually get real food.

I hate people leaving negative reviews of fast food restaurants so please understand that I genuinely mean this. I think this BK might be the worst fast food restaurant in the state of Ohio. I’ve got a few times to get a better sample size (one off bad experiences can happen anywhere) but at this point I’m sure. As I write this I’m sitting at the order speaker in line (June 18th, 6:39pm) the lady inside on the speaker periodically yells something which I can’t hear and does not respond to me. I have been here, in this same spot, for over 20 minutes. This has happened before.
Yes I can leave, but since I figured I’d post a review this time I wanted to see how this whole thing plays out start to finish.
I don’t know if they are understaffed, undertrained, poorly managed? And in general I think it’s a hard job and they should be getting paid far more than they are. However, there’s a limit.
Anyways if you ever want your “fast food” in less than an hour it’s get faster to drive to any number of better BKs than try to navigate whatever the hell is going on here at any point in time.
On and at this point there are no cars in front of me as pictured. This is a wild place.

I just got the worst service of my life at this drive thru. October 11th at 1am. A gentlemen spoke on the intercom and said they’re only accepting DoorDash or mobile order. I’m not really sure what mobile ordering is and I tried to ask the gentlemen what that was but I never got a reply. I sat at the intercom for over a minute trying to get a response. As a regular Burger King customer, this is sad to see. You’re one in a thousand, that’s for sure.

Had a quick lunch at . I ordered the fish sandwich meal with onion rings and a fruit punch . It was prepared in a couple minutes, turned out good and wasn’t over cooked. One of the better locations in my opinion.

Burger King is open for business! I sat down inside and enjoyed the delightful Whopper with Cheese, and a chocolate shake. I am so happy to have done so, because across the street, at their main competitor (with the arches that are gold in color) still is not receiving people in the dining area here on E. 55th. The service at this location was fast and friendly, and the seating was clean. 5/5

These employees are terrible. Attitudes through the roof. Have you waiting for long periods of time, then when you get to the speaker they act likes it your fault you’ve been waiting. This happens multiple times. And I barely eat BK. Do something about it. I don’t know how they are still open
