The best Cajun food in East Texas! The owners are from the West Bank so you know the flavors are authentic. All items are made fresh and you can certainly tell. The crawfish stew was tremendous along with four pieces of beautifully-battered catfish. The gumbo was spot on. If you are a mac and cheese fan, you won’t be disappointed! Can’t wait to dig in to more of the menu items including their boil. We will be back!!

I’ll have to try them again. The Étouffée was served room temp, but the catfish was really good. The service was fast, friendly and efficient…. The menu is very limited and the prices a pretty high for mediocre food.

To all my Louisiana people who, like me, live in East Texas and have never found a place that taste like home . No matter what you try it just isn’t quite like you remember…GEAUX HERE! It only took one bite of Red Beans and Rice to let me know someone in this place was from home and I was right ( I asked). Finally! Great People..Great Family..Great Louisianan Home Cooked food. Just like you remember it. Thank you Reo’s !❤

Super friendly and inviting atmosphere
All of the employees went out of their way to talk to us and make sure we were enjoying our visit.
The food was absolutely perfect. I took some catfish back home and even after it had been sitting for a little while my friend tried it and said it was the best catfish he’s ever had. The seafood roll is also a must have dish when you visit.

Definitely the best Cajun food in the area. Their seafood rolls are so tasty and stuffed just right, their hush puppies are cooked just right as well. Not too hard and not undercooked, and everything that is fried is cooked perfectly on the outside but very soft and tasty on the inside. And their gumbo is also very good with homemade Roux, as well as their baked potatoes. Even their mozzarella cheese sticks are tasty. The food is outstanding all in all. Everything there is homemade and delicious.
Not only is the food great but the atmosphere and the service is just awesome. Everyone who works there is so kind and they always make sure that you have everything that you need. If there was an option to put more than five stars I would do so.
Reo’s is worth the service, the prices, and the food.

The price for the fried rice was way too high, though the flavor was really good, It was a very small bowl, about half a cup for $10
The jambalaya was very bland.
Our server did not seem very happy to have us, it was disappointing. But we will probably try it again, local business’s deserve a chance to succeed.

So glad we stopped here. Try the boudin balls, they were a table favorite. We all ordered something different, so we got to try a lot. I recommend the pasta, potato, blackened catfish and don’t forget the crawfish! Not too spicy and very flavorful. Can’t wait to go back!
Kristy took good care of us. Thank you for such a great meal!

Waited 30 min. Before I had to ask twice if we could order food. Only a few people in the dining room. Got our food but had to get our own condiments. Didn’t take them but 5 minutes to come give us our check though! The fish was full of grease and the green beans tasted terrible.
