This place is definitely not 24/7 the first day you closed early I let it slide. 5 days now I arrive to pick up an orderonly to find you’re closed. I normally never have a problem here but tonight I had to go in since the road was closed I don’t know if they weren’t expecting anybody because the fries I got were cold rock hard like they been sitting there a while I didn’t realize till I got home and it was too late. I would have preferred if they put down a fresh batch I wouldn’t have mind waiting but now I have only rock hard cold fries to eat.

We just had the worst food ever from this location!!! My husband’s tacos were dripping in grease…came thru the bag onto my counter..his burger tasted so bad that he took one bite and had to spit out as I did my grilled cheese…how do you mess up a grilled cheese..?! I wont be surprised if we don’t get food poisoning!!! What a disappointment and kinda scary that food can be this bad…

Very rude, long wait and still messed up my order. Didn’t give me fry’s with combo meal then took forever to bring them to me after I told them. Was completely done with meal by the time I got them. It was around 9:30pm and they weren’t even busy at the time.

I did not know Th at Jack in the Box served oil as a main item on their menu. I have had the tacos from other Jack in the Box locations but never like this garbage. These employees have sadly slacked off on preparing to the standard that other locations achieve with theirs eyes closed. I will never be going back to this location for anything.
