We love this Jack in the box and stop in regularly. Great service, great people, food well prepared and always hot, and very clean. However the temperature in the dining room is always freezing. This morning was the worst, almost couldn’t stay in the restaurant. I understand kitchens need to be kept cool but one would hope that is separately controlled from the dining room. If there is some way to raise the temperature in the dining room it would sure help the atmosphere. Thanks!

Absolutely disgusting restaurant. Never have I ever left a review below 4 stars let alone a review in general for years but this abhorrent location was the definition of disgust. Walked in and met this polite young lady at the counter who took my order and sat down to eat. Only after I took a sip of my drink I heard screaming from the back and stood up to see who I believe to be the manager shouting with her fist in the air at the young lady for no apparent reason. The poor girl looked as if she was about to cry and the manager laughed at her. It was at this time I noticed their was lettuce in my tacos which I did not request. Brief moments after the encounter between the young woman and her manager the manager took over the register for a brief moment. I asked for a new taco. She did not say a word to me and muttered something under her breath rolling her eyes as she took my dish away. Upon return with my dish she slammed it down on the counter and swore multiple obscenities at me. I returned to my seat to find she had spit inside my tacos multiple times which was the absolute worst experience I have ever had anywhere in my 48 year old life. This woman should be fired immediately for cruel treatment of her workers and horrid service both as a worker and as a human.

horrible store. manager is horrible and disrespectful to the staff in front of customers, they leave the teenage girls alone in the front to cook and take orders, lobby is never clean and the service is slow. the fries are always cold and sitting and my burger is almost always wrong. hands down one of the worst jack in the boxes i have seen. the food and service aside seeing how they treat these workers is so uncomfortable and makes the environment so much worse.

Jack in the box is usually good, however this location specifically seemed to be a little busy and the service was okay. There were only 3 people working at mid night so orders were delayed. Can’t blame them. The bathrooms are disgusting, fleeces on the seat and menstrual blood I’m assuming as well on each of the toilets. I’m more disappointed how women can be, and not know how to be women and clean up after themselves. Have two employees giggling in the back while the front cashier is having a hard time. But overall it’s a decent store, does what it needs to but beware of the bathrooms.

Been standing here for 20 minutes before someone actually acknowledged me. Two guys looked over at me and turned away avoiding eye contact so they didn’t have to help me. There is absolutely no urgency here. The presentation of the food was just sad… for the time they spent putting it together you would think there would be some kind of effort in putting it together. If you need something quick and easy I would suggest somewhere else. These people are are rude and slow.

Never a line HOWEVER you will be sure to wait at least 15 min for your order. Our order was 2 breakfast jacks, 1 fry w/ a soda. Very simple and should never take this long. It has happened to us before, we tired giving them a chance but this ridiculous.

Well my friends. You know the rules. I will praise an establishment and critique the bad ones. Last JITB, aka jack in the crack, was my favorite place to eat fast food because they have a pretty good menu. Not so fast my friends, doesn’t mean that the food is any good anymore. So l ordered 2 jumbo Jack’s with cheese , so how hard to mess it it up right!!! It was a slow time for this place and you can watch the line cook assemble my order. Well you would think the this food would come out hot and fresh, now wow factor in this cheese burger, not here my friends. The cheese hamburger was dry, the burger is pre cooked and kept in a warmer. The manager asked me how was the the jumbo jack? I said still cold, the buns are stail, She said that the temperature was 190 degrees , man that would be hot but its not. I asked to fix 1 up for her to eat, she said that she dont like them. What is she really taking the temperature of? Anymore when I am paying $5.00 or $50.. dollars for food it will be hot Fresh to order or YOU will cook it all over or if you can’t you best just refund me. I have over 45 years of cooking experience. So step it up. Anyways I told the Manager Katy, she really didn’t seem to care, most fast food management or people who works in fast food dont give a rats ass because they are not eating it, they hate the job, its a pay check for now. Anyways the food comes out like it have previously been made and have been sitting on the counter for a couple of hours. Oh yes I like to go out to eat, I can cook it but it’s nice to have someone to do it for a change. It’s a gamble to go out to eat. Just sayin my friends. Why cant my fast food be hot and fresh as l order it? Soposivly that’s what we are paying for, hot and fresh food but we can’t seem to get it.
