I LOVE Jack, but I just had the worst experience. Of course I realize the tacos are fried in oil, but all 5 of my tacos, including the breakfast taco, were DROWNING in grease! There was a puddle of oil on the inside of every taco wrapper and it had even soaked through to the OUTSIDE of the wrappers. There was so much excess oil that it had completely soaked through the paper bag too! The paper bag was inside a plastic bag– which I’ve never seen them do before– I can only assume that was done so that the grease wouldn’t get all over my delivery driver’s car. (!!!) All I wanted was my taco fix, but these were inedible. I also ordered a Buttery Jack with EXTRA herb butter. My burger had NO BUTTER on it at all !!! It was completely dry and cold, too. The butter is in the NAME!!! I literally ordered that specific burger because I was craving the butter that it comes on it! I am so disappointed from this experience, I don’t think I will go back to this location, even though it’s less than a mile away. So sad.

I can up there and order 2 burger combos just to get this(no buns). The meal it self was $23.53, a few days later they take more money out n it was $47.06! I tried to call but they don’t have their phone’s working. I’m going up there in person tomorrow

This location needs to be shut down. They seem to operate on their own hours and NEVER on the hours posted online or the actual business. I live about 3 mins away and stopped going to this location because they are either closed when they shouldnt be (per their posted hours) or they refuse to make certain menu items. I ordered breakfast a while ago and was told they werent serving breakfast when jack is known to serve the full menu all day – (it was before 9pm) because I had so many other previous issues with this location I stopped going but decided to give them another try last night, again for breakfast. As soon as I placed my first order i was again told they are not serving these items , I asked was breakfast items discontinued or were they again just refusing to serve breakfast? A lady came on speaker and told me they have the items to make the food but they had turned off the grill and wasnt selling those items. I left and went to the location in Irving on Airport Fwy ordered and recieved breakfast and also spoke with the manager on duty there about my experience at centreport. She told me they close at 10pm which is not true and when I advised her Id be filing a complaint she told me that was also one of her locations and she would speak with someone. I am posting this review for THE OWNER of the location on trinity – your sales have to be low and these practices are the culprit..Wendys is literally right next door and often has a line but they ALWAYS make certain the orders are right and fresh! I will never go back to jack in the box unless this is immediately corrected.

Per the store hours on Google and on the doors this location is supposed to be open at 6a.m. – 3p. on Sunday. I arrived at 6:35a and went through the drive thru and no one answered so I pulled around to the front and the doors were locked but the open sign was lit. During this time I saw 3 other cars pull up to the drive thru and drive off due to no one answering. I went back through the drive thru and pulled up to the window and saw 2 workers inside who saw me and tried to ignore me….and took 5 minutes to come to the window just to tell me to wait 10 minutes for them to open. I waited and saw 3 more calls pull up and drive off due to them ignoring the drive thru…finally a young man came to take my order and tried to have me pull back around to order at the speaker but I said no. He took my ordwr I ordered a sausage sandwich and I also requested the names of the workers inside because this was not my first bad experience and he refused to give them to me or even get one of them to the window. But on the receipt the employee name said Veronica. I thought that was all ok until I checked the bag and my sandwich was WRONG so I went back for a refund. With a clear attitude the young man that took my order tried to tell me that he could only refund me what the computer said the cost of the sandwich was which did not include taxes but it was still wrong because on the reciept the cost of the sandwhich was $5.16 without taxes and he tried to give me back $4 and some change. So I told him I wanted what I paid for the meal including the taxes which totaled $5.62. He argued with me until one of the ladies who didn’t come to the window earlier (I am assuming the manager) came and he finally gave me an extra $1 and closed the window in my face.
