Just left the drive thru an older lady was mumbling and bytching under her breath yelling at us while we took our order. Reported to the manager who did not care. Left without food and hung up on the manager. The lowest form of customer service and she still couldn’t even manage fair.

Walked in a few days ago, service was horrible, food was cold and the atmosphere was horrible. Waited 30, minutes for my entire order and by the time it got to me fries were stall/soggy. Burger buns were stiff and everything was lukewarm if not cold. I dont like confrontation so I just threw everything in the trash and went to whataburger across the street. Your better off going to whataburger with these prices and get better food and service

Order was wrong. Manager was extremely rude and combative. Refused to remake order and refused refund for the items. When I asked for the corporate number she refused that as well. She was arguing about things that weren’t even the issue with the order. When I began walking out she yelled, you don’t want your refund? I turned and told her, you just refused to give me a refund and to remake my order. She issued a refund, however that wasn’t my goal when I returned to the restaurant. I’ve never dealt with such horrendous customer service. We will never use this location again.

The most incompetent staff I’ve ever seen. Placed my order & the lady that was supposed to take care of it just kept wiping down some piece of equipment, looked at me several times as I was standing there waiting for my order. After I finally sat down at a bar table she looked at me again and asked if I was waiting for something. I told her I had placed met order, she looked up at the overhead screen & said, I’m sorry I didn’t see it . I will never go back!
