I send my brother to get the food at Jack in the box but they scam him by charging him double the price of the food. How can you advertise $3 for wrap and charge $6 for this tiny wrap. Will never visit this location and will not recommend to the fellow people unless ya want to get scam from them.

This is the worst jack in a box I’ve ever been to, it has a reputation in town for being subpar. It’s been like this for so long it’s just accepted by the community to be awful
Some of the workers are nice and try, but when you are standing at the counter and look at the kitchen it’s literally disgusting. Why would they work in that condition? What professional worker would do that?
The smell of marijuana coming from the kitchen some days is very strong, it’s just a bunch of teenagers with headphones in doing the bare minimum to get through.
I’m writing this review because of an awful experience I had with a worker last night, I had a door dash order that was just a munchie meal and it took 27 minutes of me waiting on it while this packet moved so slow.
He got into an argument with another worker because he felt like it wasn’t his job to bag the tacos, so my bag just stayed open and he started doing others while I was leaning on the counter.
Eventually, he walked outside (?) and I had to get a cook to come from the back to pack it.
I’m not trying to get any of them in trouble but I just didn’t like that guy’s attitude, the kitchen was disgusting, and last week I went up to order and the teenager taking orders was on the phone on his iPhone earbuds, so I would be halfway through ordering and he would start talking.
This place is a mess, I would not feel safe eating food in these conditions. Stay away lol

My husband and I stopped at this Jack in the Box location before heading home, we are not locals, as he is a fan of the restaurant. However, upon entering, we were immediately struck by the yelling coming from behind the counter. The female employee working on February 22, 2026, took our order with a notable attitude while yelling and screaming at her coworkers. It is essential that management or HR addresses this behavior as soon as possible to maintain a positive work environment. We dined in, ate quickly, and left, during which time she continued to yell at her coworkers, creating a hostile environment for both employees and customers. We will not return to this Jack in the Box location.

If I could give zero stars I would. I came at 9:30 pm to have my order fixed that was just door dashed to me and the outside lights were off, and when I went through the drive thru they said they were closed. I went around to the front to see if I could talk to someone about the missing items in my order and the employees were making shoo gestures with their hands and saying what looked like we are closed. I called prior to going up to the store, 6 times, and every single time somebody picked up the phone and hung it up, I could hear them laughing in the background. I asked a friend if they knew what was going on and she said they have been closing early at around 9-9:30 almost every night recently. I expect to at least get a refund for the items I was missing, not to be treated like I am a pest for ordering from them…

Unfriendly customer service. As we were waiting for our order at the drive thru window the employees were conversating with each other and using cuss words. But when our order was ready and given to us the employee opened the drive thru window and the two bags we had with our order in them got thrown at us one at a time! I’m sure you could check your cameras so you can see exactly who you have running your restaurant

Two years ago took forever out of everything said I wouldn’t be back but thought it’s two years later maybe it’s changed. Nope didn’t take my order until the two cars in front of me pulled away with their order so I had to pull up to the window. Out of two things I wanted said they had been out for two weeks. Nothing changed my guess is whoever owns this on can’t afford to replace. This one just needs to shut down. So many one star reviews hope corporate can take a hint I’m going to give corporate a call and ask them to just take a look at the reviews.

My husband and I visited this Jack in the Box and our burger was made incorrectly. When we asked for it to be remade plain and dry and even offered to return the incorrect food, staff member Arionna T. was dismissive, argumentative, and refused to help. After insulting my husband by calling him a “retard” in front of our children, we asked to speak to the manager or be given a way to contact her directly. Instead, Arionna escalated the situation by calling the police, which resulted in my husband being trespassed from the restaurant — simply for asking that his food be made correctly.
This was humiliating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Jack in the Box corporate should seriously review the conduct at this location.

Walk-in dining room is CLOSED…
One of employee had to walk in and outside to let other driver know to order at pull-in windows REPEATEDLY.
When I pulled in there were 6 cars ahead of me and 2 left because they are taking too long. I waited for 57 mins for one meal and were notified 3 employees were only working. They weren’t smart enough to put a post sign drive through if they have to take orders at pull-in windows. Waste of time to stay and wait if you need to order fast-food. This is not a restaurant…
Wanted a simple Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad. No Salad were order because they don’t have it. Looked up online quickly and found what I wanted, she took off and talking to other friend or someone at the door. Waited for 3 more minutes til she arrives. Told her I wanted Classic Buttery Jack, and were notified they were out of garlic butter… til I went ahead to order Classic Spicy Jack. Recieved soggy Tomatoes and cold food…
One of employee were probably a drug user because their actions isn’t appropriate, talking too much, not taking job too seriously and too flirty? I caught the window girl who is handling all that situation, she rubs her nose, grabbing ice out of ice machine with same hand and eating it (spreading germs in ice machine for the public?!?! GROSS), showing her butt to other people, messy hair and again … not taking job seriously. They need to be write up or being fired.
Never coming back again… Sick and nasty place.
