Located at 9890 S Maryland Pkwy, Full House BBQ is a vibrant destination that masterfully blends traditional Filipino flavors with modern “fusion” flair. This gem has built a loyal following for its creative presentation and deeply comforting dishes.
Menu Highlights
Flaming Halo-Halo: The restaurant’s viral signature dessert, featuring a dramatic tableside fire that caramelizes the sugar over a rich mix of ube ice cream, flan, and traditional jellies.
Lechon Kawali: Frequently praised for its crunchy crackling and tender interior, often served on a sizzling hot plate for maximum flavor.
Full House Trio: A popular choice that offers a variety of meats, making it an excellent introduction for those new to the menu.
Creative Fusion: Standouts include the Sisig Birria Tacos and Truffle Lechon Bagoong Fried Rice, which elevate classic staples with high-end ingredients.
The Atmosphere
The space is casual, cozy, and trendy, often described as having a welcoming, “home-y” vibe. Because the restaurant is intimate with limited seating, reservations are highly recommended, especially on weekends when it is typically as busy as it gets.
Value and Service
Service is noted for being friendly and attentive, though the kitchen’s commitment to made-to-order quality can sometimes lead to a wait during peak hours. With solo portions starting around $20 and shareable plates around $31, it offers a premium Filipino dining experience that feels intentional and special.

Came here to celebrate my mom’s bday. Came right when they opened. It’s a small place but we were seated right away. Unfortunately, that’s the only time they were fast. It took them 30 minutes to give us water. We had the Full House Trip and truffle fries for starters and mango slushy. The full house was pretty good. The shrimp was super crispy that you can also eat the skin. For the main dish, we ordered lechon pinakbet. The lechon on the pinakbet was great. Very crispy but the vegetables were disappointing. It did not taste like pinakbet at all. The tortang talong was pretty decent. The pancit was very good. The garlic fried pompano was the star of our spread. It was delicious and crunchy and nicely presented. The bulalo was also disappointing. It was just one big bone and the broth did not meet my expectations. It was salty. The crispy pata was very good. Crispy and tasty. After our meal, we ordered the halo halo and that was incredibly great! There’s pinipig, too

Servers were friendly and attentive. There was quite a wait for our food. Crispy shumai was good but a little on the salty side. It’s small with about 11 tables. Lunch hour was full. Food was alright. Pretty much the same fare as other Filipino restaurants in Las Vegas. Plating was cute with lumpia served in little jeepneys. Restrooms could be cleaner and stocked with paper towels.

We went there yesterday 3/1/26 because I was captivated withe the reviews. But we were dissapoi nted on the quality of the food. The letson kawali was terrible. Did not look like the picture. The tofu was overfried and hard. The sisig taco was so fatty and dripping with oil. But most of all it was very expensive.

Walk into this place and you’ll notice it’s a little dim and the ceiling hasn’t been cleaned for a while. The noodles with grilled shrimp is pretty good but MSG usage is on the heavy side so watch out for that. The lady is always friendly to serve so feel free to chat with her

4.5 stars. There was a bit of a wait but my wife had a very delicious clam soup (sorry, I forgot the name). And my patience was rewarded by the most delicious loaded fried rice I’ve ever had. No kidding. Not only was the food great but the presentation was pretty good too. Unfortunately, the only photo I took was their wonderful, flaming halo-halo.

We discovered this restaurant from IG, so my wife and I flew from Nashville, TN to Las Vegas to try it out! It was worth the trip! We started with the lumpia Shanghai served on a jeepney serving dish! Then we ordered the sizzling oxtail kare kare and fried fish/bangus…of course with white rice! The dishes have such a deliciously distinctive taste! And, for dessert, the flaming halo halo’s unique presentation, topped with leche flan crème brûlée and yummy taste was excellent! Our waitress, Jocelyn, was very hospitable and kind! A bit on the pricey side. Go check them out when in Vegas!

I went here with a group of friends to try out their flaming halo halo. They literally took the meaning of flaming and actually presented the desert on fire. It was very delicious. It was sweet. A perfect desert on a hot Vegas summer day. The atmosphere is very relaxed and people were eating and talking to one another. Overall, I’d love to come back and try out the different Filipino food items they have in their menu.

Used to eat here a lot so I decided to get a tray of pancit and lumpia for my baby’s birthday. I don’t know what happened but the food is not as good as it used to be. The pancit dont even have flavor at all and no meat even just a strand of chicken or pork, nothing! I was raving about it before with my in laws and then was pretty disappointed with what I served. Even the lumpia had some weird texture, i think it’s overmixed meat filling. The only reason i put 3 stars is that the lady who took my order was nice.
