I went with my brother at 1:30 a.m. and the employees were super nice!! Since my brother and I were the only customers there we stayed behind and chatted with the employees and had a very insightful conversation!! I didn’t catch their names but there was a nice black man, he’s a law student and very nice. and another younger black woman. I’d go back to this location to talk to them. Food was really good too.

This was my first time eating here since I am from out of town. They had very knowledgeable staff members about all the menu ideas. Everyone was extremely friendly and the restaurant was spotless. The bathrooms were also very clean. For a quick bite to eat it was very good. And Sandra was very nice and friendly. She was super sweet and helped us out. I will definitely be back next when I am in town.

Not friendly, drive thru was broken. Ordered 7 value meals 4 of the same. We only ended with 6 meals… after being told to pull forward and wait. Once we waited and left thinking our food was correct. We were back on the road and realized it We were short a meal. So yes, mom did not eat just yet… friendly staff could help.

Traveled to Kansas City from out of town decided to stop and eat at jack in the box since we don’t have one where I am from. The service was terrible they seemed like they didn’t want to be at work that day. As well as there wasn’t any bacon on my order and way to much sauce. There was a guy in there also that had already complained about there not being any bacon on his burger so I didn’t say anything because they gave him a reason that didn’t make him happy about it so why bother trying for myself. Also the food had been cold. I am giving it two stars instead of one since the Red Bull infusion was delicious.

So far the food is good and the prices are okay. Love the customer service I receive, especially from their associate Trish. She has the best customer service skills I have seen in any fastfood, retail, or any place that deals with the customers face to face. I hope this company values her and the people just like her cause even if the food was terrible I would come back just for her service.

I am a big jack in a box fan but this location disappointed me. My family and I arrived at 6:16pm and waited in the front for Someone to take our order. 20 min later someone took our order while there was staff members just staring at us. Finally we order and the staff took about 20 min for them to delivered our food the guy apologized but forgot half of my order so I had to get up twice to get some of my order then finally when I was going to eat I realized my burger had no onion when I specifically said no tomatoes I had to get back up and the guy was frustrated looking at me I explain and he said he would fix it. He continued to do what he was doing and finally 3 min later he gave me a tray with onion my burger was cold. It was just not what I expected from jack I had never had a bad experience until today.

The drive-thru staff was unhelpful. My wife and I’s requests was met with attitude. They handed us our drinks with soda dripping off the outside of the cup. We asked for napkins to wipe them off, which we shouldn’t have had to ask for, we were given eye rolls as if we were inconveniencing the staff. The food was good, but the experience was ruined by the staff.

I just walked in to get lunch, and I was greeted horribly. The lady behind the counter just looked at me, and would not take my order four minutes. I asked for everything on my cheeseburger and she stated that everything was on it. I get out to where my car is parked, and I look at the cheeseburger and only ketchup was on it, I go back inside to ask them to fix my order, and a lady in the drive-through work area behind the counter, screamed “THERES A ROACH”. All of the other employees were telling her to shhhhh! Very very disgusting, and I do not recommend this place at all. Horrible service, horrible management.

I’ve been in line at the drive through for 25 minutes and when they gave me my food I was still missing half the order. Now I’m sitting in front of the store still waiting. Seems like the 3 lady’s behind the counter literally have no idea what they’re doing.
