so online this place says its open 24/7. I show up and there is a sign on the door that says lobby is closed and all the lights are off. i try to call and no one answers. there are multiple vehicles in the parking lot. I just spent 4 hours driving to the hospital where my friend is dying and i leave to get something to eat and this is the experience i get. way to go jack in the box. guess im going to mcdonalds. thanks for nothing. my girlfriend has never had jack in the box and she was really looking forward to trying it. big loss for you.

The people working were looking for reasons not to sell anything. I tried ordering breakfast was told that breakfast isn’t sold after noon. Even though there was a sign saying 24 hour breakfast. I said okay then. Let me get 10 tacos to which I was told that the other customer that was there had ordered 50 of them as if that is my problem. I just walked out and gladly spent my money at whataburger. Their employees don’t make excuses to get out of doing their jobs.

I went through the drive-through. Ordered their breakfast platter. It is supposed to come with coin pancakes, but this time, they gave me French toast sticks. Which was great, but I missed the cute little pancakes, and I had already ordered a side of french toast sticks.

I only get JITB like 1-2 times a year, and this one disappointed. The wait time was excessively long and the window guy was very nice, but definatly unprofessional. Probally why he and the rest of that crew worked the night shift. The food was by definition “sub par”. And I’ve had a lot of JITB when I lived in CA. So when ever I get the chance to have JITB out here, it has always been a memorable experience. But the quality here was anything but a blast from the past. The tiny Tacos I got looked very overcooked and the container was only halfway full. The ultimate cheeseburger was overdone and the fries were cold by the time I finished the burger. The tacos were saved for lunch btw.

Not 24 hours! after a long flight home and little to no 24 hour options this establishment is not 25 hours! 1100 pm and the manager is cleaning out the cash drawer and see all the signs off. Had to go to a gas station for food options.

We showed up 15 minutes before close on a weekend (sorry) and we were told they wouldn’t take our order because 11 meant the time THEY got to leave and they had already cleaned. I’m sure the 4 cars behind us were unhappy as well.

Got their combination box it came with chicken nuggets on one side The mini tacos on the other in the middle were seasoned fries I never tried it before it was awesome and my family loved it. It also came with dipping sauces that I’ve never heard of and they were very good

This gots to be the worst and nastier places even to get food from. You see employees outside smoking and soon as you get in the drive thru they run in to make your food knowing damn well they didn’t wash hands and you have to return to get condiments after you left. This place is the worst ain’t nothing like it was when it first opened
