Amy did an amazing job! she was actually doing the job of 3 workers; a hostess, server, and busser! I was shocked when I realized she only had 1 other employee(the cook) helping her around 7:30pm which could easily still be a late dinner rush, and when I asked her how much she makes per hour for what she is doing she only makes $15?? make it make sense, IHOP! She was outstanding at answering my questions about the rewards program because I had never used it before, and she served our food faster than most other places I’ve been to that have a FULL staff! Needless to say, she was fantastic, and I hope whomever is in charge realizes what they’ve got and that she deserves better. I will be coming back just to get more great service from Amy, since she works most of the week apparently.

Food was adequate but not what we expected from IHOP. Service was quite slow. They need more staff to seat patrons more quickly. We waited 15 minutes for cold brew coffee that just needed to be poured in a cup.

One of the worst dining experiences of my life. There were no customers and the restaurant was silent except for annoying rap and industrial music playing in the kitchen from a phone. The service was horrendous, with only one or two of the employees doing any work. We never got our drinks or coffee and our “unlimited pancakes” only included two pancakes. The rest of the food was mediocre. Afterwards, the waiter brought us our check and we couldn’t even pay because you need to download their app, which requires an account and doesn’t accept payment properly. I will never come back.

Service was great, place was very clean. The food I ordered was good, but how can an IHOP not have gluten free pancakes? It’s the very reason I went there. At least put it on your door next time, so I don’t waste my time. We had to wait 10 minutes for a table to find out there weren’t any gluten free pancakes. Without those, your menu is very limited for options.

I been here two times and the first time was not so good…plates were old and scratched but I decided to give them a second chance but it was the worst decision ever. My breakfast takeout was missing all the major items like bacon and eggs and when I called the restaurant I was promised a refund which I never received until now. (Months have passed now) Sanitation score is way below 90 and I don’t know why they are still even open. This location is closed to me but I’m never going there again I will prefer to drive miles away to another location than come here again.

We were there Thursday, 5/25, midday, for about 2 hours and had the most wonderful server. I did not see his name tag, and cannot find our receipt, but those at IHOP know who he is because it seemed he was the only one left there. Not too many customers at the day and time we were there, but he was doing the waiting and hosting and clearing, and he was awesome.
