First of all, huge shout out to the crew at this location but specifically the manager and the young guy working the drive-thru. I was having issues with my card and they were more than accommodating. Excellent customer service and the food was fresh and delicious too. 5 stars for everything!

Horrible! Dry burger is missing a tomato and was room temperature. Fries were over cooked and crunchy. Girl didn’t give a receipt (or napkins). Tried calling but no one answered. Ordered TWO #5s and paid $20 for this mess. This isn’t the first time. The same thing happened with breakfast. I’m done! Don’t waste your time.

Took my child here for the first time. We used the drive thru and the food was hot and fresh. She loved her onion rings, breakfast biscuits, and chocolate shake. Customer service was great too!

Waited far too long in the drive through. I got to the window to see a bunch of kids just hanging out and joking while my food sat and waited. Would never recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t have 30 minutes to wait. I miss when Jack in the Box had standards.

Terrible service. Women taking my order was complaining to me about how they had already put everything away and were ready to close at 9:23pm when they’re open until 10pm. I guess I owe them an apology for giving them service and putting them in a position to do their jobs. Wouldn’t recommend this jack in the box to anyone if my life depended on it.

It’s jack in the box you get what you pay for and if it’s the mid rivers location you actually might get less than that. Overall Jack has some tasty food however it’s not great for you.

This isn’t the only jack in the box that does this but when there short staff they close the lobby and say you have to place an online order and drive back through and get an attitude to give help after you did what they asked and my food was burnt.
