I would love to take the chance to share my horrible experience. When I came into the restaurant I was overwhelmed by the menu and had no idea what to get. I asked a young lady of the name Lauren for help. She was nothing but rude to me. When I first asked her what was good on the menu, she told me, “you have eyes look yourself.” She continuously belittled me and was nothing but rude. I ended up getting a salad. The salad would’ve been good if the service from Lauren was better. I am definitely never coming back and recommend that the company fires her immediately. Never in my life have I been treated like this at a restaurant before.

We were seated promptly upon walking in to the restaurant around NOON on SATURDAY, and only saw one other table occupied. We began to look at the menus to make our lunch decisions. We sat there for approximately 10-15 minutes while several workers stood around and talked to one another behind the counter, and no one came over to greet us or take our orders. We walked out and went to another restaurant down the street. Don’t think we’ll be back to this one.

My husband and I ate here for lunch recently. It was 11am and just open. It was very clean and fast. I had the salty eagle with broccoli salad and my husband had the mallard. Love the pretzel rolls! Love the complimentary pickles. They are so good! We haven’t been here for a long while but it was good as ever!

Originally I’d tried placing an order using the web site but was unable to make all of the changes I had wanted to try, so I called in from the parking lot. The gent taking my order was kind and patient while I built my sandwich from the ground up, read it back for accuracy which I greatly appreciated because of the complexity, and offered a side which I thought was polite. I declined and opted for an upgraded side rather than the already fantastic chips. (No drink today.) I was pleased to find he offered a payment over the phone instead of coming in which I jumped at the opportunity. The only hitch in the system was that, while I preferred to use the curbside pickup rather than go in, I was politely asked to use the web to place the order next time since it must go through a different way. He offered to bring my meal out “this time”, and I thanked him several times for it. I wish I could have made the online service work and I’d have been in compliance but appreciated the gesture.
