It’s 32 degrees outside and the air is on and freezing. When asked to adjust the heat was told manager controls by their phone and does not care to make the customer happy. Been in restaurant business for 30 years. What happened to making customers happy. Won’t be coming here like to be comfy when eating not freezing. This also makes your food get cold faster.

My family got sick when we ate there and thought it was a fluke. We went back 6 months later and got sick again. I don’t think it’s this specific pizza hut that’s the problem, I think it’s the recipe that is bad and what all they put in it. Not going to eat at another pizza hut.

It has been a long time since I’ve been to Pizza Hut and based on today’s experience, I may not be back. The pizza was edible but didn’t taste anything like what Pizza Hut has always tasted like. A frozen pizza from the store would have been better. It was at least $10 more than the same pizza would have been from Little Caesar’s (extra cheese, pepperoni, and bacon). Not sure what happened to Pizza Hut but it isn’t good. The person who got my pizza was friendly so it wasn’t all bad.

My daughter requested a stuffed crust pizza and we just moved here so I thought the hut would be a good stop. I haven’t had their pizza in forever. Not only was it hot and good but the service at the window was polite and fast. Plus the price of the pizza was a fraction of what we’ve paid at the higher end pizza joints around Ontario. We’ll go back again.

My grandkids the first time they ate at Pizza Hut. They enjoyed everything . Most of all our waitress Robin who waited on us. Ontario’s Pizza Hut. We felt very welcomed there.

Seated at a table with a filthy floor. Their “cheesy” bread was was nothing close to cheesy. The pizza tasted good but immediately caused me severe intestinal distress. Overall a horrible dining experience. My Pepsi was cold and in clean cup lol
