We stopped by the Iron Horse last Saturday night after we checked into our hotel room nearby. I told my wife I wanted either prime rib, a rueben, or a good burger, and sure enough, she found this place and low and behold it had all 3. The menu is great with plenty to over. The special on that Saturday night was indeed the prime rib that I ordered, and my wife got a salad, and the kids had a burger and a grilled cheese. My prime rib was a perfect medium rare and came with my loaded baked potato. Everything was exceptional, and so was our great service. The place was absolutely packed, and people had to wait. They were out of rolled silverware when we were sat, but they came out not too long after. It did take a while for our food but we understand it’s crazy busy and it seemed everyone from the small town was there. Big city restaurant in a small town

Traveling back home and we felt that we were fortunate to find this gem. We tried the Tomahawk Pork Chop (tender, flavorful), Fettuccine Alfredo (the best ever), Beer Battered Jumbo Shrimp (very tasty). If we’re going through Osceola again this will be on our list. They have a varied menu and friendly waitresses. Fast service.

Place seems pretty nice. Went in and ordered the Fish N Chips and a soda. We had to wait a good while to be helped but they were packed so we didn’t say anything. A waitress not working that area had come asked of anyone had helped us and we said no, so she took care of us and was very nice. Took about a half hour to get our food and I couldnt finish the fish. Big portions but it was absolutely soaked in oil and made me sick to my stomach. Everything else was ok and my friend had ordered the Dirty Bird and said it was really good. The presentation, random waitress, and his input is why I gave 3 stars instead of 2.

Highly recommend the Iron Horse! We were seated quickly and waiter was very helpful and friendly! The Georgia and Mulberry mules were Fantastic….as well as the food was really delicious! If you are traveling through on I35, it’s definitely worth the time to stop in and enjoy great food!

Food was very expensive and the meat was extremely dry . We mentioned one person’s food being made wrong and there was no offer to correct the order, our waiter said if you don’t want to eat the food we can’t remove that meal from your ticket, but if you’d like to try and eat it you will still be charged. Definitely will not be returning.
