I waited for 13 minutes for my food. And every single item was cold. When I called them about my order that I waited so long for but was cold…the girl got an attitude and hung up on me. So, wasted time and wasted money. And absolutely horrible customer service!!

Worse store I have ever dealt with customer service refused for me to order thru the drive thru because I want 6 biggie bags said I couldn’t be served unless I came inside what is a drive thru if you have to come inside? I would have been happy to pull up and wait but the women who took my order was rude the man said because Im not going to run his drive thru time up because I’m ordering to many meals. I will never go back to this restaurant! When I asked for cooperates number they gave me the number to the store and said that there weren’t aloud to give the number out! Needless to say I didn’t get my food from there and they lost a customer for their poor attitude and rudeness!

Stopped by for two quick kids meals plus mini-Frosties. When one accidentally spilled, the counter clerk immediately and cheerfully replaced with no fuss. Kids were pleased with their food.

Horrible customer service and attitude. When I pulled up to order the lady was very rude and talked too fast for me to hear so I said “Sorry I didn’t hear that.” She responded by raising her voice in a demanding way and saying “Do you want to order?”. After I said yes the lady still in a rude and demanding voice said “What do you want?”. I promptly pulled out afterwards. If you do eat here, don’t do it on Sunday, from my previous visits food was okay.

The manager is screaming at an employee that called in to ask her schedule, says he’s going to lock the phone in his office so no one can call. Proceeds to berate employees over and over again about them being slow and not doing their job loud enough for whole dining room to hear

Food was not fit to eat. People in line ahead so food should have been hot but not! Waited at window at least 6minutes for cold food and stale bun, and tomato with core in it.

Ordered 4 bacon jr cheeseburgers 2 plain 2 reg ended up getting 4 burgers no bacon with just onion and pickles on them called said something was told manager would seen me email never received them go back in 2 days latter lady manager just not very professional she remembered me and got em remade but just look of disgusted on her face everyone there slow paced and look like they hate there job
