MY TAKE: This place is a hidden gem (w/Potential) in South Hadley (right down the street from South Hadley PD). I ordered a couple dishes from their breakfast menu. I was blown away because it looked AND tasted like home cooking delivered to my door. Take my word, soon enough we’ll be bumping into each other there so often, it’ll be like we’re neighbors lol.

I tried Iona’s Kitchen in South Hadley for the first time today. Two of us went for breakfast. It was not too busy except for two large groups. We were seated right away, but the experience went down hill from here.

I have tried to come to this place twice and have lunch/ breakfast. Both times noting on the menu was available. I highly recommend they take a look at their business model. I want this place to be good and successful; however the cooks and managers who order need to be better. I highly recommend going to another spot this is not it.

Every time I try to give this place a try, I end up being disappointment. They just cannot seem to get it right ordered food to my business and not only did they forget all the condiments and utensils but my food was cold. Very disappointing.
