I love Rib Crib. Unfortunately we received the worst service during our visit between 5:30 and 6:30 on 1/16/26. Our server was more interested in visiting with another table. The food and atmosphere were wonderful as always.

I placed my Christmas order 3 weeks ago, & when I arrived to pick up my order, they couldn’t find it! The lady finally found it back in the kitchen stuck behind something. She came back and told me that she finally found it. I ordered ribs and sliced brisket only to be told that they didn’t have anymore sliced brisket. I told her that I placed my order many weeks ago, & there was NO excuse for this!!!! They substituted it for chopped beef instead. I’m definitely NOT happy with Rib Crib at all.

It’s definitely not an authentic BBQ place. The BBQ sandwich was a poor excuse for BBQ. Terrible dry sandwich. The sausage plate was just as bad. Everything was terrible except our server. I would not recommend nor return.

What an amazing experience at my first RibCrib BBQ, the food options were amazing it was so difficult to choose what to get, the drinks options were also great. The mood, vibe, and ambience of the place was great, relaxing and comfortable. The staff were great but Jayna our waitress was absolutely amazing, she was friendly, happy, funny, helpful just a whole good vibe everything and more you’d want from a server. She helped us picked our meals as we just couldn’t decide too many great options and I tell you the food did not disappoint. Ooooh my goodness the food was absolutely delicious and so yummy, we thoroughly enjoyed our meals and drinks.
I absolutely love how the inside is decorated with jerseys and momentums it’s really cool all the things hanging, the photos in the toilets, by the bar it’s a whole vibe and I loved it, very, very entertaining for sure.
The prices were pretty reasonable and affordable too.
Id definitely recommend RibCrib and definitely give them a 5*****

I haven’t had food from the Wichita Falls Rib Crib in YEARS, so I decided to order pickup ribs last night. First of all, there is no longer an option of “dry rub” or “sticky sweet” ribs and that is sad, because the sticky sweet ribs were what had me hooked! I don’t like the dry rub, it’s too dry and makes the ribs tough. Previously, the sticky sweet ribs were what made Rib Crib AWESOME, and what made me always want them, they were fall off the bone perfection and now they are just NOT. Rib Crib, you really should have kept the better ribs on your menu, now you just make tough, dry ribs like everybody else and your ribs don’t stand out like they used to. Bad decision. Anyway, I guess I need to find a different Rib place that has what I’m looking for. The counter guy was nice.
And, not on the restaurant but some JERK in a white suv was parked in one of their pickup spots so I parked in the other and I was sitting in my car, getting ready to go in and get my food when JERKFACE came out, SLAMMED his door into the passenger side of my car and drove off! I have a big ding on my passenger door that wasn’t there before, I turned and he was driving away, I got his license plate number, but I don’t know what to do with it.

I was in town for the basketball tournament and over heard someone talking about how good this place was. So I thought I’ll give it a try and the St. Louis ribs was so delicious and tender they fell right off the bone lol, also the brisket & smoked sausage was awesome too. This sides was very good. I don’t remember the name of that blue drink I had (pic) but the guy at the bar made it very good. Next time i pass through Wichita I will stop again.

I ordered two spuds and some ribs. The baked potatoes must be microwaved and over-microwaved at that. The skins can’t be cut with a butter knife and require several strokes with a steak knife. I’ve never had something so rubbery in all my life. We routinely make baked potatoes at home in the oven, I just wanted the chopped brisket with it and thought…let’s just order out and watch football. There’s a very real difference between an oven and microwave cooked potatoe. Admittedly, the brisket was good. Just an overall terrible cook on potatoes. Guess I’ll continue to cook at home.

We had an amazing dinner. Kay was our waitress. She was so fun!!! Got our order correct, bar drinks, perfect!! Everything was on time and fresh! We got there a little late after an a long work shift and they were still very accommodating.
