A nice experience with excellent food and service. The bar and dining room are separated relatively effectively through a right angle hallway with a shared men’s room. The ladies’ room is right up front by the entrance. It’s really in an awful spot, pretty much in the dining room, but as I said the place is small. The food was very good with reasonable prices. The service was excellent. And, as the place is also a bar, any drink or beer you want is available. The atmosphere was super quiet and respectful. We’ll be back.

What an amazing stop on 28. The small wood paneled dining room overlooks a stream with a honed menu with the comforts expected in the Catskills. The staff was warm, entertaining, and made us feel like regulars.

Great service and food was really good. Very laid back. Nice bar and dining room was warm and welcoming. Was able to easily accommodate a group of 6 on a Saturday night despite being rather busy. Recommended.

Horrible service waitress was super rude to my Grandfather who couldn’t hear well. Caught an attitude and made a scene when we finally had enough of it. Steak also sucked and had flabby bacon. 0/10, never again.

Stopped on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. It was the Octoberfest menu so if you like German pork dishes you would be in heaven. I had the penne vodka, it was wonderful, not to creamy and very flavorful. Washing it down with a Sam’s jack o lantern while watching the river go by out the window was sublime. I’ll be sure to stop in again next time I’m around.
