Recently opened in saugus off of route 1 is this Peruvian restaurant. Came here for dinner with my family and we all absolutely loved the food, and staff is super friendly. The owner Don Jose even came table by table and asked If we had any questions about anything in the menu server was amazing as well. The food is full of flavor I personally ordered the bistec de pobre. Its steak with rice beans French fries and plantains. I enjoyed it very much definetly recommend you check this new restaurant out! I promise you will want to come back for more.

HIDDEN GEM! What a wonderful restaurant! Don’t mind where it’s located, this place is great! friendly person entertained us and served us. He was very attentive. Food was great! We took a chance on this place because it only had 7 reviews on Yelp, while others had tons. Wanted to give them a chance. We were not disappointed! If you’re not hungry, come for the wonderful fresh ceviche and beer. You’re set. We ordered too much food. I’m eating my leftovers as I type this review.lol

I’m SO happy to have discovered this hidden Peruvian gem. I ordered the lomo saltado and, my favorite, arroz con leche (rice pudding) – Neither of them disappointed. The portion and presentation were perfect, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I’ve tried a few Peruvian places in MA but all are closer to the city so it’s nice to find one north of Boston. I found my new favorite spot and hope they stick around for many years. I will definitely be back soon and am looking forward to trying the rest of their menu. Excelente comida y servicio! Gracias!

We loved this place. It’s one of the only genuinely 100% Peruvian restaurants in the area. The dishes are well worth the price and you can feel as if they were home-cooked meals. There’s nothing I wouldn’t change and I hope they stay for good!

So happy I found this place! I was feeling homesick when the pandemic first started and was craving Peruvian food. There aren’t many Peruvian restaurants in the area but I found this place on Grubhub and I loved it! I ordered for take-out twice before deciding to take my friends to eat here and we loved it! The food and environment was perfect, and the staff are the most welcoming and friendly people I’ve ever met at a restaurant. I had an amazing experience, I will definitely be going back! I’ll be honest and say the online ordering told me I had 40 minutes to order. So I place the order and they send me something completely different.(what they had left over in the restaurant and just threw it in my bag) should have just call me to say they didn’t have my items available. French fries chicken and rice is what they sent me and wasn’t even close to the $60 dollar order I had purchased

There is no chicken like the chicken from Inka’s Peruvian Restaurant. It has a flavor that is just to die for, and comes with a delicious “aji verde” sauce, which has a nice kick to it and great flavor. Make sure you get the “salsa criolla” to go with it, it’s onions that are chopped with lime juice and salt, and just add the perfect touch. In the picture, you can see the chicken with fries and rice, the aji verde on the side, a large order of salsa criolla, and one more dish called “lomo saltado” which is a stir fry of scrumptious beef that comes with rice and papas fritas. Please don’t take my word for it, try the chicken here, and I can guarantee you will be back for more very soon.
