I had the same grilled stuffed beef burrito that I’ve ordered at numerous other Taco Bells and this is the first time that it was greasy and looked like it was microwaved (instead of pressed). When I bit into it their was no beef in any of the first couple of bites and when I opened it up it had hardly any beef in it at all. When I brought it to the counter I asked if I could get something else or replaced the manager just argued with me (she wasn’t wearing a nameplate but was a rude, black female).

I absolutely love taco bell dont get me wrong but im sick and tired of them not paying attention to peoples orders. I put no onions everytime i order a bean burrito bcuz im deathly allergic and what do they do?! If you are going to have people place their own order then maybe you should have the person who gives you your food should also ask if you received your drink. The taco shells were seemingly fresh and uncracked. I’ve had plenty of taco bell and the tacos might as well be parsley but at this location they were the main dish. Restaurant was clean and staff seem to have good chemistry. They’re doing it right here.

This facility is in a good location. The staff is friendly and was quick to wait on a person and the order was correct and the prices are pretty fair and the food tastes great.

Really sad the service received here paid over $40 just for Rhonda to be rude and them to not change out the drink that was out and asking for sauce and our cups was such a eye rolling thing will never spend my money here again learn customer service and better business ethic.
