This is the Best Imos besides the original on Hampton. Each time I order from here my food is hot, fresh, and prepared just as I ordered it. 5/5 they do their absolute thing everytime. I usually only order online and go pick it up at the window so I can’t speak for calling in but I never experienced anything out of line with them.

Tried Mikes Extra Hot Honey as a dipping sauce with my chicken tenders. Literally made me cry! Use it sparingly to start if you’re not used to heat, or jump right in like I did for a taste bud burning experience. Will 100% order again!

I order from this Imo’s twice a week. The other night after spending the evening with my Mother in her bday who just beat cancer. I came at 11:53. The lady preceding to clean up. Looked at me 5 separate times and did not come to the window. As did an another guy. Lady who finally came offered me a free cheese stick for how rude that was. Get home, cheese sticks were all exploded and the pasta was all on the side. Manager offered me free sticks and pasta. So 2 free cheese sticks and 1 pasta. Manager lied and said I only had 1 free cheese stick and refused to the honor the other one. I will never come back to this IMO’s as I see how they honor loyalty. Manager is rude and it reflects on how his staff behaves. No one smiles in there or gives decent customer service…. Drive the 5 extra mins to the one on Hampton, trust me it’s worth it!!

This was previously a 5 star rating, after receiving a pizza for pickup and driving it two blocks to my house the entire list of topping were crammed to the front of the box, when I called and asked the young lady for a replacement and she informed me that no manager was on duty so I would have to wait until the morning, I insisted because this was my dinner for the evening and she put on who she says was a male coworker, he informed me he was the one who cut the pizza and put it in the hot box so he assures me it wasn’t on his end, I explain I literally live two blocks and did NOT mishandle the pizza, I drive up while still on the phone because at this point I need him to see that it is inedible. He sees it, reiterates that it must have been my fault but he’ll go ahead and make me a new one I just need to go wait out front (which is in a very dangerous neighborhood mind you) I ask if he is a manager and he says he is I then ask why I was told there wasn’t one on duty and I would have to wait until the morning to resolve the issue and receive a pizza, he says he instructed the girl to say that because the general manager usually handles these things, I inform him that this entire experience has been an extremely poor display of customer service to which he replies he also disagrees with that. I’ll be contacting corporate to file a complaint for waiting and hour in an extremely dangerous neighborhood and being accused of being a liar. I also will either go to a different location or just give my money to cecil Whittakers, I should add that I previously would order from here sometimes multiple times a week because of the proximity to my home. Definitely spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Few minor issues in the past with my daughters salad (a lot) like, no dressing, no croutons, no salad, or not giving me everything I ordered but mostly it’s great. I love this location. And knowing someone who works there makes me feel better so they can always fill me in. I always order delivery
