I have found hot ham and swiss croissant to be a personal favorite! A few months ago I purchased for pickup, upon arrival at home sandwich was burnt beyond tasting anything other than burnt bread. Today had a craving to try again, until my disappointment I received another burnt ham and cheese croissant at pickup! I guess it’s time for a break from my local fave! ♀️

I’ve had two experiences that were bad with chef’s Pizza. The first experience was I ordered a salad and I made it very clear I could not have cheese on the salad and this was to go so I got the salad and brought it home and guess what it had on it lots of cheese! The second experience happened today ordered a calzone to go without cheese repeated it three times they even read it back to me no cheese. Got the calzone brought home and guess what it had all throughout cheese! This time I got a refund on the calzone and now I’m eating at five guys. The people preparing the food need to be replaced they don’t care what they send out the window! I will never eat there again!

This place used to be good. Not sure what happened. I ordered the same pizza everytime I went for the same price for years. All of the sudden it was almost twice as much and no one could tell me why. The manager was apparently “too busy” to speak to me and the host/cashier couldn’t quote me any current specials. I just went to Italian village. It’s better and far more authentic anyways. Hell and actually cheaper. The girl was nice however just clueless.

Found this place on google maps when we were in Kingsport. Noticed the reviews and decided to give it a try. I am glad we did, they have a Mexican Pizza made with refried beans and salsa for the sauce and let me tell you it was delicious. Also got 10 hot wings which were a nice size and tasty. It also tastes like they make their blue cheese in house, it was really good! I was trying to justify taking the rest home even though we are all the pizza and wings lol.

Their system was down, and we didn’t realize it when we ordered, but the staff was so kind and told us our meal was on the house. That kind of generosity and customer service is rare these days, and it truly made our day! The pizza was absolutely delicious, and the salad bar was fresh and full of great options. We’ll definitely be back—thank you for going above and beyond!

They should change the name of the business. If you have a chef prepare your pizza, they should be fired. It’s absolutely the most disgusting pizza I have ever had. Lowest quality cheese is just gross. I don’t know how you have 4.5 stars. And $15 for a cheese pizza… The price is fine for a quality pizza but not that garbage. I took one bite and tossed it. Its hard to screw up a pizza but you all did it. Congratulations.

It was very good! Me and my daughter ate there after a long day. Big portions. Fills you up! Very good place to eat. The pizza in the pic is about about an hour after.
