Food was good, but the bathroom was disgusting, the mirror looked like it wasn’t wiped out for weeks, trash cans overfloated, I felt like getting out of there as soon as possible and will not eating there again.

In general the food is good here but there is nearly always a long unacknowledged wait up front before you get seated. They don’t have enough help. Ever. or they don’t care if you wait out front, and that’s been the case on every visit here. The wait staff take payment now, so that saves you the long extended wait in the same way at exit–that’s an improvement. The atmosphere is just a bright loud restaurant, nothing special. I like breakfast out and iHop food as a once-in-a-while thing and our options are limited for good food and places locally.

We always go to IHOP after church on Sunday morning and never had any complaints… until this morning! First off all, we couldn’t get seated… then it took forever to get waited on. Some coffee would have made the wait a little more bearable, but…! We watched at least 4 people walk out because they couldn’t get seated… bad PR if you ask us! We were told that IHOP was “trimming expenses”…at our inconvenience apparently! Have to really think about going back, even after all these years of being faithful patrons.

This was quite an experiment I ate alone about 2am as I was traveling the waitress made me feel like family and was so kind she even made sure I had warm air since it was late and I was cold she had a genuine heart and Great service the bananas strawberry French toast made me fell warm and the bacon and eggs and hash browns were made exactly how I like! Bravo I would give 50 stars

I went here for a late dinner seeing they had no people in the parking lot, thinking they were closed at first. Was greeted and tooking to our table, waitress was super nice brought our drinks super fast. After placing our order, we waited for our food when we noticed some more people was coming in to eat. Here is where our experience got a one ⭐ did not see a waitress for over 15 min, drinks were empty, still no food. Several times we had to call over the waitress to fill our drinks, she was too busy flirting with the cook. Finally our food came, missing several items in our meal, ordered mushrooms and union’s as a side, those did not arrive until it was time to go. I only went here because they used to have great service in the past, now it’s horrible and I will never return to IHOP in the future. In the future I will take my business to Denny’s, at least they have better service. Note to the manager, you need to train your service people, they are horrible. I’ve been in the service industry for over 20+ years, and I have never treated my customers like your employees did to us. If you are looking for a great late night dinner/breakfast, I recommend going to Denny’s.

I crave Ihop sometimes, but the last few times I’ve been there the food hasn’t been the best(i.e. burnt, order incorrect or just not great tasting). I’m sure they would accommodate us by redoing the order or what something, but it takes so long to come out, we usually dont want to wait even longer to eat. The service is still good, I feel like sometimes they might be understaffed so they do their best to work around it, but things still get overlooked. Hopefully the next time will be better.
