All the years we’ve been here. This was our first visit. The staff are so generous with their time and so very nice. The food was impressive. Fast fresh delicious and kept our coffee cups filled. Just loved our meal and the atmosphere was great

What a fantastic stop at the IHOP in East Casa Grande! From the moment we walked in, the friendly staff made us feel right at home with their warm smiles and quick, attentive service. The pancakes were perfectly fluffy and golden, the coffee was hot and fresh, and everything came out fast and delicious—classic IHOP comfort food done just right. Whether you’re craving a big breakfast stack, omelets, or something from their value menu, this spot delivers every time. Clean, welcoming atmosphere and great portions at a fair price—definitely our go-to breakfast place in the area. Highly recommend! Will be back soon!

We always ask for really Krispy bacon
Ask for dark toast and over medium well done eggs. None of that happened today. And most of the time we come in we have to send food back. Especially the bacon. It just would be nice that when we ask for food to be done the water we like they would make it that way. Attached picture of bacon. Not Krispy after sending back 1 time.

Huge thank you to IHOP for generously donating and catering food for our Volunteer Appreciation Night! They fed about 70 people, and everyone absolutely loved it. The food was delicious, packaged very well, and they truly thought of all the little details—especially the pancake toppings, which were a big hit.
Willie, the General Manager, was incredibly kind and wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. We are so grateful for IHOP’s support and generosity. Thank you for helping us make our volunteers feel appreciated!

This was honestly unacceptable. I ordered IHOP through Uber Eats and the food arrived looking nothing like what was advertised. Everything was mixed together, soggy, and visually unappetizing. I couldn’t even eat it. Waste of money and time. I would not order this again.

Our visit was awesome. The hostess has a beautiful smile, seated us and wasn’t bothered by our request for a more secluded table. Our waitress was kind and accommodating(also had a great smile). The food was great. The GM came by and asked about our meal and we of course told him how wonderful the staff was and how much we appreciated their kindness and smiles. If you want a place where the staff treats you like a guest this is the place to go!
