Red lobster is normally a restaurant that is the same no matter which one you go to which is why we went. As we approached the restaurant there was someone who works there standing right outside the main doors smoking which was a bit gross to me. We sat down and our waitress was super nice but easily confused. She was visibly sick (cold or allergies) and to me she should not have been serving food.

Our drinks came out separate because the bar tender didn’t realize there were two drinks on the order. The scallops we ordered with the meal came out as an appetizer. It was two over cooked scallops with a large pile of lettuce and cheese on the side.

The main dish came out and everything was great on that.

I understand that the restaurant was busier earlier that day but when we’re there it was quiet. The bathrooms needed a clean up but the staff we saw was just hanging out the hostess table. We did advise the manager of the issues with the drinks and meal and she did give a discount (we were not looking for one but wanted her to be aware of the issues within her establishment).

Despite the issues I would still go back here. It sounds like they are working through some kinks

Red Lobster is an awesome seafood restaurant. They do not have as many locations as many other name brand restaurants, so getting to dine at one is indeed a treat. We ate at store 0045 and our server was Sadé. Our meal consisted of the Ultimate Feast (Maine Lobster Tail, Snow Crab Legs, Walters Shrimp, Shrimp Scampi, Baked Potato, Broccoli and Slaw) w/Lobster Flatbread as a shareable. The menu is easy to read, the server was well informed, patient and accommodating. I eagerly recommend Red Lobster for date night or any night.

Interior could be updated, but food and service were great. Shakayla our server was very awesome! I had salmon with Brussels and Cole slaw. Calamari as an appetizer.

Crab legs were terrible. Literally ate one bite only. Shrimp scampi was overcooked. Lobster tail was NOT cooked; spit it out. The baked potato was okay and the biscuits were okay. Service was slow but good and the atmosphere was THE WORST. 5 people at the bar cussing and screaming at the top of their lungs THE ENTIRE TIME. We came to have a nice dinner alone and we will never be back. $100 for a TERRIBLE DINNER.

We always go during lobster lovers dream at least twice. We went for dinner on Sunday and the food was delicious. My husband had two lobster tails and the lobster and shrimp linguini. I had the lobster boil. Both orders were absolutely delicious. I especially want to mention how excellent the service was. Our waitress, Silitta D, was the best. She was very friendly, cheerful and attentive. She went above and beyond to see to our needs and always with a smile. I would definitely ask to sit at one of her tables when we return. My only negative is there weren’t very many people in the restaurant as we went kind of late and a lot of empty tables had not been cleaned. Not a big deal but kind of a turn off. Maybe they were understaffed but did want to mention it. Our overall experience was superb.

Went in to support the new CEO and to check out the seafood boil with the new drinks on happy hour. Food was great, had someone in the staff bring the seafood bag to me and they shook it up for me to get the sauces mixed in really good. My server was DILL and he was great, when he got to busy another server took care of me! So two people were making sure I was cared for. I had no wait, and I sat at the bar since it was just me anyways. The only reason I’m giving less than a star for atmosphere is because some customers were giving the servers a hard time saying they were slow

First, our server was the absolute best! We loved her so much we made a reservation to see her again the next night! I highly recommend asking for Bailey when you go! All the food was wonderful and overall the atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly.
If you see this Bailey, I hope you have a wonderful cruise and if you ever come down to Georgia make sure to give us a holler!

They sat us in the bar area, actually right beside the bar and we were there for a nice dinner, not to drink. We almost asked to be moved but we didn’t. So we had to listen to “bar” talk the entire time which was horrible. Some 20 year old trying to pick up a 50 year old. Waiter finally came over after about 10 minutes of sitting there wondering if anybody even knew were there (turns out he’s also the bartender) and we order water with lemon. We also go ahead and order our food cause we can already tell the service is going to be bad. Water comes out about 10 minutes later with no lemon. We let it slide. Food comes out about 30 minutes later and it’s not bad but it’s not near worth the money we paid for it. My wife got crab legs and every time she broke one open it was almost empty. I don’t know how they had so little meat in them. It’s like they pulled it out and closed them back up. They were pathetic. I’m out of water and my wife has just a little bit left. He asks us if we want more water, I say yes and he finally brings it but don’t bring her one. (doesn’t bring her more water the entire time) He asks if we want more bread. We say yes and it never comes. It felt like he got a bonus for giving out as little water as possible. We had two gift cards so our plan was to enjoy Red Lobster twice and we were looking forward to it since we hadn’t been in years. When I paid I gave him both gift cards because I knew I was never stepping foot in that place again. I don’t know how they are still open. The worst service I have had anywhere in years and the things is, they were not busy at all. Do not go, save your money. We could not get out of there fast enough. And it also smelled. Kind of like they smoke in there after they close. You would be way better off going to Captain D’s
