I went out to breakfast with my family… thing’s definitely didn’t go well at all. I had numerous issues with the service provided that day… starting with the orange juice being watered down… my husband and I ordered cheese in our eggs but their wasn’t any… he asked for sausage but was brought bacon instead… my pancakes ended up getting cold because I had to wait until they brought out fresh scrambled eggs with cheese in them…then my granddaughter wanted the kids pancake meal… she had a choice if she wanted a regular pancake or chocolate chip… considering we forgot to mention which one she wanted they assumed what she wanted and served her the chocolate chip pancake instead of just coming out to ask her which one she preferred!!! What if she would have been allergic to chocolate… thank goodness she wasn’t picky… Service used to be great… I don’t know what happened but this Ihop location needs to get it together!!! ♀️

Waited for 40 min before food arrived after ordering. Ordered classic bowl added avocado. Food came no avocado and the cheese had a moldy metallic taste. Sent food back. Not to mention the hostess was not friendly with the greeting, “come on you 2.” Our server was attentive and apologetic.

Hadn’t been to IHOP in a long time and had never been to this location. I walked in the door they look busy. A guy that was leaving said “not much wait and the food was great better than usual”. I thought well that’s good nope we got there too late. I was 10:40 party of 2 we waited half hour to get a table we waited almost another half hour for the food. The pancakes were not hot with a tiny bit of butter, the ham was burnt and dried. I asked the waitress for some more butter and she bought back the butter that was very cold and hard. Wouldn’t melt because the pancakes weren’t hot. The waitress never came back to see if we needed something and we had to flag her down to get our check. Manager kept walking around looking for places to seat people. While there were no tables to seet he could have been refilling people’s drinks and asking them how they’re doing but no. It was obvious they were short staffed like every other place. I doubt I’ll try IHOP again.

I know when you have a low employee turnout, you are going to get slow. Service is going to suffer a little, and it’s just going to be a long sit in. This ihop is no different than any other, I think it was updated about ten+ years ago, but I think it’s due for a new coat of paint and polish because you can just see things need to be either repaired or honestly replaced. I must of come on a bad day because service just sucked and honestly, I’m really not coming back because it wasn’t the first time.

Stopped in here around 8:30 on a Saturday and there were a few people in the restaurant, not that busy. Waitress was nice and attentive. Heard loud rap music coming from the kitchen which was a little off-putting, but was eventually turned down. Understand that this isn’t a high end restaurant and everyone is just trying to get through their shift, but still could have not been a thing at all.

It’s been 4 years since I was last here. The food still as good as ever. The buildings look has changed to i think a more modern look which is nice and the atmosphere inside is nice. For food we got the pancake combo platter with two pancakes, some meat, eggs and hasbrowns. I had the banana and strawberry pancakes and she had the cheesecake strawberry pancakes and everything came out perfectly. Seriously gotta find out how they do desert pancakes at home. Not a weekly place for me because of the long drive but definetly a good place to eat with family!

The restaurant was very busy when we arrived at 10am on a Sunday and we waited about 25 minutes. The pictures of food on the menu couldn’t be more misleading. Usually, my kids are pretty happy with anything sweet for breakfast but they were very disappointed with the berry crape. Personally, I think you can get more fresh and better tasting food for the same cost or slightly higher cost elsewhere. I don’t think I would return but I know many people who love this restaurant.

A complete joke of a restaurant. If you take anything away from this review, please do not eat here. Go anywhere else, as this restaurant will waste your time and money. Food was adequate at best and disappointing at worst. The cook was heard yelling at our server that he refused to cook my parties order, which caused our server to have to yell back to try and get our food. Service was atrocious, with refills being almost non-exsistent after giving multiple people in my party dirty glasses, multiple wrong items brought out that needed taken back, and a general sense of carelessness that was shocking as much as it was frustrating. The worst part was that for most of the meal, my party was the only one in the building. A joke of a restaurant that needs to be closed and completely overhauled starting at the staff. I will not be eating here again, and I will be steering anyone I can away from this garbage fire of a restaurant.

Service was horrible server was extremely rude the worst I have ever had at a restaurant. She was embarrassing would not serve us do to getting upset with my 8 year old grandson. Also as I was walking out noticed the supervisor was standing there and allowed everything to happen. I will never go to IHOP again not do I suggest anyone else going to this Ihop
